동해시의회 “민생이 먼저”… 고유가 속 14건 의결·행정 중심 바로 세웠다

Donghae City Council Concludes the 360th Extraordinary Session

동해시의회(의장 민귀희)는 4월 23일 제360회 임시회 제2차 본회의를 열고 총 14건의 안건을 의결하며 임시회 일정을 마무리했다.

The Donghae City Council (Chairperson Min Gwi-hee) held the second plenary session of its 360th extraordinary session on April 23, passing a total of 14 agenda items and concluding the session.

이번 본회의에서는 제1차 본회의에서 심의된 안건 가운데

‘동해시의회 의원 공무국외출장 등에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안’,

‘국공립어린이집(2개소) 민간위탁 동의안’ 등 13건이 원안대로 가결됐다.

During the plenary session, 13 items previously reviewed in the first session—including the partial amendment to the ordinance on official overseas business trips for council members and the consent agenda for outsourcing the operation of two public daycare centers—were approved without modification.

또한 ‘동해시 관광지 입장료 및 시설사용료 징수 조례 일부개정조례안’은

시민들의 해석상 혼선을 방지하기 위해 일부 문구를 수정한 뒤 수정가결됐다.

In addition, the partial amendment to the ordinance on admission and facility usage fees at tourist sites in Donghae was passed with revisions, after modifying certain wording to prevent potential misunderstandings among citizens.

#민귀희 의장은 최근 고유가로 인한 민생 부담을 언급하며

“시민들이 일상에서 체감할 수 있는 선제적이고 실효성 있는 민생 안정 대책 마련에 모든 역량을 집중해야 한다”고 강조했다.

Chairperson Min Gwi-hee addressed the growing burden on citizens caused by high oil prices, emphasizing that “all efforts must be focused on establishing proactive and effective measures that citizens can tangibly feel in their daily lives.”

이어 다가오는 지방선거와 관련해

“공직사회는 흔들림 없는 행정서비스 제공과 엄정한 정치적 중립을 바탕으로 본연의 임무에 충실해야 하며, 시정의 중심을 바로 세워야 한다”고 당부했다.

Regarding the upcoming local elections, she added, “The public sector must remain committed to its core duties by maintaining unwavering administrative services and strict political neutrality, thereby ensuring stability in municipal governance.”
