강원특별자치도, 「2025 대한민국 정부 박람회」 참가

강원특별자치도(도지사 김진태)는 12월 3일부터 5일까지 충북 청주시 오스코(OSCO)에서 열리는 「2025 대한민국 정부 박람회」에 참여해, 도민의 일상을 더 편리하게 만드는 ‘강원이지(Easy)’ 행정혁신을 알리는 전시관을 운영한다.

Gangwon Province joins the “2025 Government Expo” in Cheongju from December 3–5, presenting its signature exhibition under the theme Gangwon-easy, showcasing digital innovation designed to improve everyday life for residents.

이번 박람회의 공식 슬로건은

“AI × 정부혁신 = 국민행복²”.

Demonstration: AI Duty Officer

전국 최초로 도입된 「에이아이(AI)당직원」은 생성형 AI 기반 음성봇으로,

야간과 공휴일에도 도민 민원을 실시간으로 인지하고 자동으로 텍스트화해 담당 부서에 전달한다.

The first of its kind in Korea, the AI Duty Officer is a generative AI voice bot that listens to residents’ calls at night and on holidays, converts the content into text, and forwards it instantly to the relevant department.

또한 화재·사고 등 긴급 상황 발생 시 관리자의 휴대폰으로 즉시 경보를 전송해 골든타임 대응을 돕는다.

In emergencies such as fires or accidents, the system sends real-time alerts to administrators, supporting rapid response during the golden hour.

단순·반복 민원으로 인한 당직 인력의 업무 과부하를 줄이고,

밤에도 쉬지 않는 행정을 구현한 강원의 실험이다.

It reduces repetitive workload for staff and marks Gangwon’s bold step toward a 24/7 responsive government.

‘강원혜택이지’는 공공 마이데이터 기반의 통합 서비스로,

각종 지원금·행정 혜택을 무방문·무서류·무심사로 간편하게 신청할 수 있다.

Based on public MyData, “Gangwon Benefit-easy” enables residents to apply for subsidies and services without visiting offices, without paperwork, and without screening delays—all in a single digital process.

복잡한 절차를 한 번으로 줄인,

디지털 행정의 새로운 표준을 제시한다.

It redefines administrative convenience, pointing to a new digital standard for government.

또한 박람회 현장에서는 「강원생활도민증」 가입 행사를 운영하며,

가입자에게 강원 오대쌀 즉석조리밥을 기념품으로 제공한다.

During the expo, visitors can sign up for the “Gangwon Resident Life ID” and receive a special gift—Gangwon Odae instant rice—promoting both convenience and local agricultural products.
