교육연수원, 6급 미래인재 양성과정 5기 수료식 개최

강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원(원장 민섭)은 6월 19일 교육연수원에서 「6급 미래인재양성과정 5기」 수료식을 개최하고, 6개월간의 집중 교육과정을 성공적으로 마친 14명의 공직 리더를 배출했다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education Training Institute (Director Min Seop) held the graduation ceremony for the 5th Future Talent Development Program for Grade-6 Public Officials on June 19, celebrating the successful completion of a six-month intensive training course by 14 public-sector leaders.

이번 수료식은 연수생들의 성과를 기념하고 새로운 도약을 응원하기 위해 마련됐으며, 개인정책연구 기념패 수여와 연수생 대표의 수료 소감 발표 등 뜻깊은 순서로 진행됐다. 수료생들은 총 840시간의 교육과정을 이수하며 정책 기획 능력과 조직 운영 역량, 변화 대응 능력을 체계적으로 강화했다.

The ceremony was designed to commemorate the trainees’ achievements and encourage their future growth. It featured the presentation of commemorative plaques for individual policy research projects and a representative graduation speech. Over the course of 840 training hours, participants systematically strengthened their policy planning skills, organizational management capabilities, and adaptability to change.

이번 5기 과정에는 교육행정, 전산, 사서 등 다양한 직렬의 공무원 14명이 참여했으며, 급변하는 교육환경 속에서 미래지향적 사고와 혁신 역량을 갖춘 ‘유연한 행정가’ 양성에 중점을 두고 운영됐다.

The fifth cohort consisted of 14 officials from various professional fields, including educational administration, information technology, and library services. The program focused on cultivating flexible administrators equipped with future-oriented thinking and innovative competencies to respond effectively to rapidly changing educational environments.

교육과정은 강원교육 정책 이해를 비롯해 스피치와 보고서 작성 능력 향상, 소통 중심의 리더십 훈련, 정책 연구 및 기획 역량 강화, 디지털 기반 미래교육 이해 등 실무와 전문성을 아우르는 내용으로 구성됐다.

The curriculum covered a wide range of practical and professional subjects, including an understanding of Gangwon education policies, speech and report-writing skills, communication-based leadership training, policy research and planning, and digital-based future education.

또한 1인 1특기 프로그램(헬스·캘리그라피), 독서토론, 상담기법 교육, 해변 쓰담걷기 봉사활동 등 인문학적 소양과 공동체 의식을 함양하는 프로그램도 함께 운영돼 참가자들로부터 높은 만족도를 얻었다.

In addition, participants engaged in programs designed to foster humanities-based values and community spirit, such as personal specialty development activities (fitness and calligraphy), book discussion sessions, counseling techniques training, and beach clean-up volunteer activities. These programs received highly positive feedback from participants.

#민섭 원장은 “지난 6개월은 단순한 직무 연수를 넘어 교육현장의 중간관리자로서 깊이 있는 성찰과 미래 비전을 설계하는 의미 있는 시간이었다”며 “이번 과정에서 쌓은 전문성과 리더십이 강원교육의 혁신과 발전을 이끄는 원동력이 되기를 기대한다”고 말했다.

Director Min Seop stated, “The past six months have been more than a period of professional training; they have been a meaningful journey of reflection and vision-building as educational leaders. I hope the expertise and leadership cultivated through this program will serve as a driving force for innovation and advancement in Gangwon education.”

이번 수료생들은 앞으로 각자의 교육 현장으로 복귀해 미래 교육환경 변화에 선제적으로 대응하고, 조직의 혁신과 교육행정 발전을 이끄는 핵심 인재로 활약할 것으로 기대된다.

The graduates are expected to return to their respective workplaces and play key roles in leading organizational innovation and advancing educational administration while proactively responding to future educational challenges.
