강원특별자치도교육청은 5월 7일(목)부터 20일(수)까지 도내 교원과 학교 계정관리자, 교육전문직원을 대상으로 인공지능(AI) 교수학습 플랫폼 ‘강원아이로(AI-ro)’ 활용 역량 강화를 위한 권역별 연수를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education announced that it will conduct regional training sessions from May 7 to May 20 for teachers, school account administrators, and education professionals across the province to strengthen their competency in utilizing the AI-based teaching and learning platform “Gangwon AI-ro.”

이번 연수는 지난 3월 시스템 재개통 이후 학교 현장의 활용도를 높이고, 교원들이 실제 수업에서 인공지능(AI) 기술을 자유롭게 설계·운용할 수 있도록 지원하기 위해 마련되었다. 특히 단순 이론 중심에서 벗어나 학교 관리자 페이지 활용부터 AI 기반 수업 설계까지 아우르는 실습 중심 프로그램으로 운영되는 것이 특징이다.

 The training was designed to enhance practical use of the platform in schools following the system’s relaunch in March and to help teachers independently design and operate AI-based learning in classrooms. Unlike conventional lecture-style programs, the sessions focus on hands-on practice ranging from school administrator page management to AI-powered lesson planning.

연수는 지역별 접근성과 참여 편의를 고려해 3개 권역으로 나누어 진행되며, 각 반마다 주강사와 보조강사를 배치해 연수생들이 실질적인 기능을 익힐 수 있도록 밀착 지원할 예정이다.

The program will be divided into three regional sessions to improve accessibility and participation convenience. Each class will be supported by both lead instructors and assistant instructors to provide close guidance and practical training.

◦ 2권역(원주권): 5월 13일(수), 강원특별자치도교육과학정보원

◦ 3권역(강릉권): 5월 20일(수), 강원특별자치도교육연수원

◦ Region 1 (Chuncheon Area): May 7, at Chuncheon Office of Education and Chuncheon Branch of the Education Science Information Institute

◦ Region 2 (Wonju Area): May 13, at Gangwon Education Science Information Institute

◦ Region 3 (Gangneung Area): May 20, at Gangwon Education Training Institute

주요 교육 내용은 △강원아이로 포털 및 학교 관리자 페이지 활용법 △통합학습창 및 AI 리포트 분석 △AI 서술형·수능형 평가 시스템 활용 △AI 진학 컨설팅 실습 등으로 구성된다. 이를 통해 교사들은 학생 개별 맞춤형 교육을 실현하고, 교육격차 해소를 위한 수업 모델을 직접 설계할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

 Key training topics include △using the Gangwon AI-ro portal and school administrator page △analyzing integrated learning dashboards and AI reports △utilizing AI-based descriptive and CSAT-style assessment systems △hands-on AI college admission consulting practice. Through the program, teachers are expected to design customized learning models tailored to individual students and help reduce educational disparities.

#오세형 미래교육과장은 “이번 연수는 강원아이로가 학교 현장에 성공적으로 안착하여 디지털 기반 수업 혁신을 이끄는 중요한 계기가 될 것”이라며, “교원들의 AI 기반 교수학습 역량을 강화해 학생들에게 보다 정교한 맞춤형 미래교육을 제공할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원하겠다”고 말했다.
