강원교육 대전환! 고교-대학 ‘학점 연계’ 본격화…대학 학점까지 인정받는다

강원특별자치도교육청은 2026년 4월 27일(월) 오후 2시, 원주 오키드 호텔에서 ‘제1차 고교-대학 연계 학점 인정 체제 공동관리위원회’를 개최했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education will hold the 1st Joint Steering Committee for the High School–University Credit Recognition System on April 27, 2026 (Mon) at 2 PM at Orchid Hotel in Wonju.

이번 위원회는 고교학점제의 안정적 안착과 학생 과목 선택권 확대를 위해 고등학교와 대학 간 연계 체제를 구축하고, 학점 인정 과목의 체계적 운영 방안을 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

This committee aims to establish a cooperative system between high schools and universities to ensure the stable implementation of the high school credit system and to expand students’ course selection opportunities, while discussing systematic operation plans for credit-recognized courses.

위원회에는 도교육청 관계자와 도내 대학의 과목 개설·운영 책임자 등이 참석해 교육과정 공동 운영 기반을 점검하고, 고교-대학 연계 강화를 위한 협력 방안을 논의한다.

Officials from the Office of Education and course directors from universities in the region will attend to review the foundation for jointly operating curricula and discuss ways to strengthen collaboration between high schools and universities.

특히 학교 단위에서 개설이 어려운 심화 과목을 대학과 협력해 제공함으로써 학생 맞춤형 교육과정 운영을 지원하고, 실질적인 교육기회 확대를 추진할 계획이다.

In particular, advanced courses that are difficult for individual schools to offer will be provided through university partnerships, supporting personalized curricula and expanding real educational opportunities for students.

주요 안건은 △방학 기간을 활용한 계절제(집중형) 수업 운영 방안 △2026학년도 2학기 과목 개설 및 운영을 위한 행·재정적 지원 체계 점검 △고교-대학 연계 과목의 체계적 운영 기준 마련 등이다.

Key agenda items include: △operation of seasonal (intensive) courses during vacation periods △review of administrative and financial support systems for course offerings in the second semester of the 2026 academic year △establishment of systematic standards for high school–university linked courses.

고교-대학 연계 학점 인정 과목은 대학의 전문 인력이 고등학교 수준에 맞게 개발한 심화 과목으로, 학생이 이수하면 고교 학점뿐만 아니라 향후 해당 대학 진학 시 대학 학점으로도 인정받을 수 있다.

The credit-recognized courses are advanced subjects developed by university experts at a high school level. Upon completion, students can earn both high school credits and, later, university credits if they enroll in the respective institution.

도교육청은 이를 통해 소규모 학교 학생을 포함한 모든 학생의 과목 선택권을 확대하고, 고교학점제의 핵심인 학생 중심 교육과정 운영을 실질적으로 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.

Through this initiative, the Office of Education expects to expand course selection opportunities for all students, including those in small schools, and to effectively realize a student-centered curriculum—the core of the high school credit system.

위원회 개최 이후 참여 대학들은 5월 6일부터 계절제 과목 개설 신청을 시작하며, 도교육청은 6월 중 개설 과목을 확정하고 학생 모집을 추진할 예정이다.

Following the committee meeting, participating universities will begin accepting applications for seasonal courses from May 6, and the Office of Education plans to finalize course offerings in June and proceed with student recruitment.

“이번 공동관리위원회는 학생의 과목 선택권 확대를 위해 교육청과 대학이 함께 책임을 나누고 실행하는 협력 모델”이라며

“앞으로도 학생이 원하는 과목을 충분히 선택하고 이수할 수 있도록 지속적으로 지원을 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

adding, “We will continue to strengthen support so that students can freely choose and complete the courses they desire.”
