“취업 걱정 끝”…강원 직업계고생들, CJ·현대까지 직접 만났다

강원특별자치도교육청은 4월 24일(금), 춘천한샘고등학교에서 도내 직업계고 학생들의 성공적인 사회 진출을 지원하기 위한 ‘2026학년도 취업지원센터 취업설명회’를 개최했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education held the “2026 Career Support Center Job Briefing” on April 24 (Fri) at Chuncheon Hanssem High School to support vocational high school students in successfully entering the workforce.

이번 설명회는 취업지원센터가 직접 발굴한 식품·조리 분야 우수 산업체를 홍보하고, 학생과 기업 간의 직접적인 매칭을 통해 취업 지원의 실효성을 높이기 위해 마련됐다.

The briefing was designed to promote outstanding companies in the food and culinary sectors identified by the Career Support Center, and to enhance the effectiveness of job placement through direct matching between students and companies.

설명회에는 강릉정보공고, 강원생명과학고, 동광산업과학고, 영서고, 정선정보공업고, 춘천한샘고, 한국국방과학고 등 도내 7개 직업계고의 식품·조리 분야 전공 학생 40여 명이 참석했다. 학생들은 각 기업의 채용 정보는 물론 현장실습 프로그램에 대한 상세한 안내를 받으며, 자신의 진로에 적합한 기업을 직접 탐색하는 기회를 가졌다.

Approximately 40 students majoring in food and culinary studies from seven vocational high schools in the province—including Gangneung Information Technical High School, Gangwon Life Science High School, Donggwang Industrial Science High School, Yeongseo High School, Jeongseon Information Industry High School, Chuncheon Hanssem High School, and Korea Defense Science High School—attended the event. Students received detailed information on recruitment and field training programs, gaining opportunities to explore companies suited to their career paths.

특히 국내 식품·조리 및 외식 산업을 선도하는 △ 신라모노그램 △ 현대그린푸드 △ CJ푸드빌 이 참여해 기업별 비전을 공유하고, 1:1 취업 상담을 통해 학생들의 궁금증을 해소하는 시간을 가졌다.

In particular, leading companies in the food, culinary, and dining industries—Shilla Monogram, Hyundai Green Food, and CJ Foodville—participated, sharing their visions and offering one-on-one consultations to address students’ questions.

설명회 이후에는 산업체 인사 담당자와 학교별 취업 담당 교사가 참여하는 협의회가 이어져 현장실습의 질적 제고와 산학협력 프로그램의 지속적인 운영 방안 등 실질적인 취업 연계 전략도 심도 있게 논의됐다.

Following the briefing, a meeting was held with HR representatives from participating companies and career teachers from each school to discuss practical strategies for improving the quality of field training and sustaining industry-academia cooperation programs.

#김성래 중등교육과장은 “이번 설명회가 강원 직업계고 인재들이 대한민국을 대표하는 식품·조리 전문가로 성장하는 중요한 발판이 되길 바란다.”라며, “앞으로도 취업 유관기관 및 기업과의 유기적인 협력을 강화해 학생들이 졸업 전 명확한 진로를 설정하고 당당히 사회에 진출할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다.”라고 말했다.

Kim Seong-rae, Director of Secondary Education, stated, “We hope this briefing will serve as a meaningful stepping stone for vocational high school students in Gangwon to grow into leading food and culinary professionals in Korea. We will continue to strengthen cooperation with related institutions and companies to help students establish clear career paths before graduation and confidently enter society.”
