강원특별자치도교육청은 4월 17일(금)부터 18일(토)까지 원주 오키드 호텔에서 도내 초등교사 50명을 대상으로 ‘질문중심수업 역량강화 연수(1기)’를 운영한다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education will conduct the “Question-Centered Instruction Capacity-Building Training (1st Session)” from April 17 (Fri) to April 18 (Sat) at the Wonju Orchid Hotel, targeting 50 elementary school teachers across the province.

이번 연수는 2022 개정 교육과정의 핵심 방향인 ‘깊이 있는 학습’을 학교 현장에 안착시키고, 학생의 자기주도적 질문과 탐구를 중심으로 한 수업 혁신을 지원하기 위해 마련되었다.

This training program is designed to establish the core direction of the 2022 revised curriculum—“deep learning”—in schools, and to support instructional innovation centered on students’ self-directed questioning and inquiry.

1기 연수에서는 대구교육대학교 임유나 교수가 강사로 참여하여 △2022 개정 교육과정의 수업·평가 방향 △깊이 있는 학습의 이해 △핵심 아이디어 기반 수업 설계 △‘질문’과 ‘탐구’ 중심 수업 디자인 등을 주제로 강의와 실습을 병행하여 진행된다.

In the first session, Professor Lim Yuna from Daegu National University of Education will lead the program, covering topics such as △instruction and assessment directions under the 2022 revised curriculum △understanding deep learning △designing lessons based on core ideas △and developing instruction centered on questioning and inquiry, combining lectures with hands-on practice.

이번 연수는 단순한 이론 전달을 넘어 교사들이 직접 ‘핵심 아이디어 기반 수업’을 설계하고 이를 학교 현장에 적용하는 실습형 연수로 운영되어, 실제 수업 개선으로 이어질 수 있도록 구성되었다.

The program goes beyond theoretical instruction by enabling teachers to design “core idea-based lessons” themselves and apply them in real classrooms, ensuring practical improvements in teaching practices.

연수 이후에도 참가 교사들은 6월까지 수업 설계를 완성하고 현장에 적용하는 재택과제를 수행하며, 지속적인 수업 성찰과 실천을 이어갈 예정이다. 또한 이번 연수를 시작으로 연간 총 4회에 걸쳐 초등교사를 대상으로 질문중심수업 역량강화 연수를 운영하여 교사의 수업 전문성 향상을 체계적으로 지원할 계획이다.

After the training, participating teachers will complete and implement their lesson designs through follow-up assignments until June, continuing reflective practice and classroom application. Starting with this session, a total of four training programs will be held throughout the year to systematically enhance teachers’ instructional expertise.

#탁진원 유초등교육과장은 “인공지능 시대를 살아갈 학생들을 위해 지식을 전달하는 수업을 넘어 학생의 질문과 사고를 이끌어내는 수업이 중요하다”며 “앞으로도 교사의 수업 혁신을 지원하여 학생 참여형 수업이 학교 현장에 정착될 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Tak Jin-won, Director of the Early Childhood and Elementary Education Division, stated, “In the AI era, it is essential to move beyond knowledge delivery and foster lessons that draw out students’ questions and thinking,” adding, “We will continue to support instructional innovation so that student-centered learning becomes firmly established in schools.”
