강원특별자치도교육청, 제19회 교육행정정보화 발전협의회 개최

Gangwon State Office of Education Hosts the 19th Educational Administration Informatization Development Council

강원특별자치도교육청은 16일(목)부터 17일(금)까지 이틀간 춘천 베어스호텔에서 교육부 및 전국 시도교육청 교육정보화 부서 관리자급이 참석하는 ‘제19회 교육행정정보화 발전협의회’를 개최했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education held the “19th Educational Administration Informatization Development Council” for two days from April 16 to 17 at Chuncheon Bears Hotel, with participation from the Ministry of Education and senior officials in charge of informatization from provincial and metropolitan offices of education nationwide.

이번 협의회는 교육부와 17개 시도교육청이 급변하는 디지털 환경에 발맞추어 교육정보화 추진 현황을 진단하고, 지속 가능한 정보화 교육 기반 조성을 위한 유기적 협력 체계를 공고히 하기 위해 마련되었다.

This council was organized to assess the current status of educational informatization in response to the rapidly changing digital environment and to strengthen an organic cooperation system for building a sustainable digital education foundation among the Ministry of Education and 17 regional offices of education.

교육부를 비롯해 전국 시도교육청의 교육정보화 담당 사무관 이상 간부 70여 명이 참석한 이번 자리에서는 공동으로 구축·운영 중인 ‘교육정보시스템 고도화 방안’이 주요 안건으로 상정되어 심도 있는 논의가 진행되었다.

Approximately 70 senior officials, including directors and above in charge of educational informatization from across the country, attended the meeting, where the advancement of the jointly developed “Educational Information System” was discussed as a key agenda.

특히, 행정 현장의 디지털 혁신을 위한 공동 협의 안건으로 △교육행정 인공지능(AI) 전환 공동 대응 및 전문가 육성 방안(부산) △AI 봇을 활용한 교육행정 업무 자동화 방안(울산) △정보시스템 운영시설 안정성 점검 기준(경기) 등이 제시되며, 인공지능 기술의 교육 현장 적용을 위한 실질적인 전략이 논의되었다.

In particular, key agenda items for digital innovation in administrative settings included joint responses to AI transformation and expert training (Busan), automation of administrative tasks using AI bots (Ulsan), and standards for stability checks of information system infrastructure (Gyeonggi), presenting practical strategies for integrating AI technologies into educational environments.

우수사례 발표에서는 강원특별자치도교육청의 AI 기반 교육 플랫폼 ‘강원아이로(AI-ro)’와 경기도교육청의 ‘디지털플랫폼 G-ONE V1.0’ 구축 사례가 공유되었으며, 참석자들은 각 시도의 혁신 모델이 지닌 확장성과 활용 가능성에 높은 관심을 보였다.

During the best practice session, Gangwon’s AI-based education platform “AI-ro” and Gyeonggi’s “Digital Platform G-ONE V1.0” were introduced, drawing strong interest from participants for their scalability and practical applicability.

#오성배 부교육감은 환영사를 통해 “인공지능 전환이라는 거대한 시대적 흐름 속에서 교육의 본질적 가치를 디지털로 재정의해야 하는 중요한 시기”라고 강조하며, “이번 협의회가 단순한 사례 공유를 넘어 전국 시도교육청이 공동의 표준 모델과 대응 전략을 도출하는 정책 협력의 장이 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Vice Superintendent Oh Seong-bae emphasized in his welcome remarks that “this is a critical time to redefine the fundamental values of education through digital transformation amid the era of AI,” adding that “this council should go beyond sharing best practices and serve as a platform for establishing national standards and joint response strategies among regional offices of education.”
