현장체험학습 안전, 이제는 ‘컨설팅 시대’… 강원교육청 100명 전문가 긴급 집결

강원특별자치도교육청은 4월 2일(목) 오후 1시 30분, 강원특별자치도교육청유아교육원에서 ‘2026 테마학습여행 지원단 역량강화 배움자리’를 운영했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education held the “2026 Capacity-Building Workshop for the Thematic Field Trip Support Group” at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, at the Gangwon Early Childhood Education Institute.

이번 배움자리는 교육지원청 소속 테마학습여행 지원단 컨설팅 위원 100여 명을 대상으로, 안전하고 교육적인 현장체험학습 운영을 위한 실질적인 지원 역량 강화를 목적으로 마련됐다.

The workshop was designed to strengthen practical consulting capabilities for approximately 100 members of the thematic field trip support group under local education offices, aiming to ensure safe and educational field trip operations.

주요 내용은 △현장체험학습 운영 길라잡이 전반에 대한 이해 △숙박형 테마학습여행(국내·국외) 운영 사례 △테마학습여행 컨설팅 방법 및 사례 공유 등으로 구성됐다. 이를 통해 컨설팅 위원들이 학교 현장에서 실질적인 지원 역할을 수행할 수 있도록 했다.

The program included △comprehensive understanding of field trip operation guidelines △case studies of overnight thematic field trips (both domestic and international) △sharing of consulting methods and best practices. These sessions were designed to enable consultants to provide practical support in school settings.

특히 이번 연수에서는 교육 분야와 행정 분야로 컨설팅 방법을 구분해 안내하고, 실제 사례 중심 강의를 통해 현장 적용도를 높였다.

In particular, the training distinguished consulting approaches between educational and administrative areas, and enhanced real-world applicability through case-based lectures.

#송수경 인성생활교육과장은 “이번 배움자리를 통해 테마학습여행 지원단의 전문성을 한층 강화하고, 학교별 특성에 맞는 안전하고 질 높은 현장체험학습이 운영될 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다”라며, “앞으로도 학생 안전을 최우선으로 하면서 교육적 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 다양한 지원 방안을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Song Soo-kyung, Director of the Character and Life Education Division, stated, “Through this workshop, we will further enhance the professionalism of the thematic field trip support group and actively support the operation of safe and high-quality experiential learning tailored to each school.” She added, “We will continue to promote various support measures that prioritize student safety while maximizing educational effectiveness.”
