“단 한 명도 포기하지 않는다”… 강원교육청, ‘위기학생 전수 발굴’ 통합지원 본격 가동

강원특별자치도교육청은 31일 오전 10시 30분, 도교육청 2층 소회의실에서 복합적 위기에 처한 학생들을 조기에 발굴하고 맞춤형 지원을 제공하기 위한 ‘2026년 제1회 학생맞춤통합지원위원회’를 개최했다.

The Gangwon State Office of Education held the first 2026 Integrated Student Support Committee meeting at 10:30 a.m. on March 31 in a conference room at its headquarters, aiming to identify students facing complex crises at an early stage and provide customized support.

Committee to Serve as Control Tower for Tailored Integrated Support

‘학생맞춤통합지원위원회’는 학업 부진, 심리·정서적 불안, 경제적 어려움 등 다양한 요인으로 학교생활에 어려움을 겪는 학생들을 조기 발굴하고, 지역사회 전문기관과 연계해 학생 개개인에게 필요한 맞춤형 통합 서비스를 제공하는 컨트롤타워 역할을 수행한다.

The committee functions as a control tower that identifies students struggling with academic, psychological, emotional, or financial challenges and connects them with community-based professional services to deliver personalized, integrated support.

원스톱 지원체계 구축 위한 핵심 안건 논의

Key Agendas Discussed to Build a One-Stop Support System

이날 회의에서는 학생 중심의 원스톱 지원체계 구축을 위한 주요 안건들이 논의됐다.

상정된 안건으로는 △2026년 학생맞춤통합지원 기본 계획 △도교육청 및 교육지원청 내 학생맞춤통합지원센터 설치·운영 계획 등이 포함됐다.

또한 학교-교육청-지역사회 간 유기적인 협력 네트워크 강화 방안에 대한 심도 있는 논의도 이어졌다.

During the meeting, key agendas were discussed to establish a student-centered one-stop support system.

These included the 2026 master plan for integrated student support and the establishment and operation of support centers within the provincial office and local education offices.

In addition, in-depth discussions were held on strengthening cooperative networks among schools, the education office, and local communities.

#오성배 부교육감은 “복합적 위기에 처한 학생들은 학교와 교육청의 노력만으로는 충분한 회복이 어렵다”고 진단하며,

“이번 위원회를 계기로 지역사회의 모든 전문 역량을 결집해 단 한 명의 아이도 소외되지 않고 안전하게 성장할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”고 강조했다.

Vice Superintendent Oh Seong-bae stated,

“Students facing complex crises cannot fully recover through the efforts of schools and education offices alone,”

adding, “Through this committee, we will mobilize all community resources to ensure that not a single child is left behind and that every student can grow safely.”

도내 전역 통합지원센터 본격 가동 예정

Full-Scale Launch of Integrated Support Centers Across the Province

강원특별자치도교육청은 이번 위원회 심의 결과를 바탕으로 도내 전역에 학생맞춤통합지원센터를 신속히 안착시키고, 지역 밀착형 교육안전망을 본격적으로 가동할 방침이다.

Based on the outcomes of the committee, the Gangwon State Office of Education plans to swiftly establish integrated student support centers across the province and fully activate a community-based educational safety net.
