강원교육청, 2026 과학·정보·영재교육 협의회 개최… “디지털 인재 양성 본격화”

강원특별자치도교육청은 3월 17일(화), 강원특별자치도교육청교육과학정보원 정책협의실에서 도내 과학·정보·영재교육 운영 담당자를 대상으로 ‘2026 강원 과학·정보·영재교육 담당자 협의회’를 개최했다.

On March 17 (Tue), the Gangwon State Office of Education held the “2026 Gangwon Science, Information, and Gifted Education Coordinators Meeting” at the policy conference room of the Gangwon Education Science and Information Institute, bringing together key personnel in charge of related programs across the province.

이번 협의회는 2026년도 과학·정보·영재교육의 주요 운영 계획을 공유하고, 교육 현장과의 긴밀한 소통을 통해 정책의 안정적인 정착과 실무 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

The meeting was organized to share key operational plans for 2026 and to enhance practical competencies while ensuring stable policy implementation through close communication with educational sites.

이날 자리에는 도교육청과 교육과학정보원, 교육지원청의 담당 교육전문직원을 비롯하여 전산거점 교육지원청 정보팀장과 고등학교 영재학급 업무 담당자 등 현장의 주요 실무진이 참석해 정책 추진 방향을 함께 모색했다.

Participants included education specialists from the provincial office, the Education Science and Information Institute, and local education support offices, as well as IT team leaders from regional hubs and high school gifted program coordinators, all working together to explore policy directions.

오전에는 2026 정보교육 운영 계획에 대한 구체적인 안내와 협의가 이루어졌으며, 오후에는 과학교육 및 영재교육 운영 방향을 차례로 공유하며 미래 인재 양성을 위한 기관 간 유기적인 협력 체계를 강화했다.

In the morning session, detailed briefings and discussions on the 2026 information education plan were conducted, while the afternoon focused on sharing strategies for science and gifted education, strengthening inter-agency collaboration for nurturing future talent.

특히 참석자들은 급변하는 교육 환경에 발맞춰 현장에 실질적으로 적용 가능한 지원 방안에 대해 심도 있는 협의를 진행했다.

In particular, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on practical support measures that can be effectively applied in rapidly changing educational environments.

#오세형 미래교육과장은 “이번 협의회는 2026년 강원 교육의 핵심인 과학·정보·영재교육이 학교 현장에서 내실 있게 운영될 수 있도록 정책의 기틀을 다지는 소중한 자리였다”라며, “우리 학생들이 디지털 대전환 시대에 부합하는 창의·융합형 인재로 성장할 수 있도록 현장과의 소통을 강화하고 행정적·재정적 지원을 지속적으로 이어가겠다”라고 말했다.

Oh Se-hyung, Director of the Future Education Division, stated, “This meeting served as a meaningful opportunity to establish a solid policy foundation for the effective implementation of science, information, and gifted education—key pillars of Gangwon education in 2026.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen communication with the field and provide administrative and financial support so that our students can grow into creative and convergent talents suited for the era of digital transformation.”
