강원 진로교육원, 초·중학생 1일 진로체험 ‘열음·다가치’ 운영… 4,300명 참여 확대

Gangwon Career Education Center Launches One-Day Career Experience Programs for Elementary and Middle School Students

강원특별자치도교육청진로교육원(원장 직무대리 황혜정)은 3월 17일부터 12월 8일까지 도내 초·중학생을 대상으로 1일형 진로체험 프로그램 ‘열음’과 ‘다가치’를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education Career Education Center (Acting Director Hwang Hye-jeong) announced that it will operate one-day career experience programs, “Yeoreum” and “Dagachi,” for elementary and middle school students across the province from March 17 to December 8.

이번 프로그램은 도내 학생들의 진로체험 참여가 증가함에 따라, 특히 작은 학교 학생들의 체험 기회를 확대하기 위해 ‘작은 학교 특화 기수’를 신설한 것이 특징이다.

As participation in career experience programs continues to grow, the initiative introduces a special track for small schools to expand opportunities for students in less-populated areas.

‘열음’ 프로그램은 초등학교 5·6학년과 중학교 2·3학년을 대상으로 연간 28기, 총 106개교 4,307여 명이 참여할 예정이다. 이는 전년 대비 17개교, 약 760명이 증가한 규모다.

The “Yeoreum” program will involve 28 sessions annually, with approximately 4,307 students from 106 schools (86 elementary and 20 middle schools) participating—an increase of 17 schools and about 760 students compared to the previous year.

‘다가치’ 프로그램은 특수학교 및 특수교육지원센터 소속 초등학교 5~6학년과 중학교 1~3학년을 대상으로 운영되며, 연간 2기 109명이 참여한다. 이를 통해 특수교육 대상 학생들의 진로체험 기회를 지속적으로 확대할 계획이다.

The “Dagachi” program is designed for students in special schools and special education support centers, with 109 participants across two annual sessions, aiming to further expand inclusive career exploration opportunities.

또한 ‘작은 학교 특화 기수’에는 27개교 321명이 참여해, 지역 간 교육 격차 해소와 균형 있는 진로체험 기회를 제공한다.

Additionally, the special track for small schools will include 321 students from 27 schools, helping bridge educational gaps between regions and ensure equitable access to career experiences.

참가 학생들은 개인의 적성과 희망을 반영해 21개 체험실에 배정되며, 오전과 오후 각각 1회씩 총 2회에 걸쳐 다양한 미래 직업을 직접 체험하게 된다.

Participants will be assigned to one of 21 experience labs based on their interests and aptitudes, engaging in two sessions—morning and afternoon—to explore a wide range of future careers.

#황혜정 원장 직무대리는 “학생들이 다양한 직업 세계를 경험하며 스스로 진로를 설계할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 중요하다”며 “앞으로도 더 많은 학생들이 참여할 수 있도록 기회를 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Acting Director Hwang Hye-jeong stated, “It is essential to support students in exploring various career paths and designing their own futures. We will continue to expand opportunities so that more students can participate.”
