춘천교육지원청, 2026 갈등전환지원단 및 학교폭력전담조사관 위촉식 개최

강원특별자치도춘천교육지원청(교육장 장진호)은 2월 20일(금), 춘천교육지원청에서 ‘2026 춘천 갈등전환지원단 및 학교폭력 전담조사관 위촉식’을 개최한다.

The Chuncheon Office of Education under the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education (Superintendent Jang Jin-ho) will hold the “2026 Appointment Ceremony for the Chuncheon Conflict Transformation Support Team and School Violence Investigators” on Friday, February 20, at the Chuncheon Office of Education.

이번에 위촉된 학교폭력 전담조사관은 총 16명으로, 학교폭력 사안 발생 시 해당 학교를 방문해 피·가해 사실에 대한 객관적인 조사를 수행한다. 이를 통해 교원들이 수업과 생활지도 등 교육의 본질에 더욱 집중할 수 있는 여건을 마련할 예정이다.

A total of 16 school violence investigators have been appointed. They will visit schools when incidents occur and conduct objective investigations into the facts concerning victims and perpetrators. This initiative aims to create conditions that allow teachers to focus more fully on their core responsibilities, including instruction and student guidance.

갈등전환지원단은 15명 규모로 구성되었으며, 학교폭력 사안 처리 전 과정에서 관계 회복 프로그램을 지원한다. 특히 올해부터는 초등학교 1~2학년을 대상으로 하는 ‘관계회복 숙려제도’의 안정적인 안착을 지원할 계획이다.

The Conflict Transformation Support Team, composed of 15 members, will provide relationship restoration programs throughout the entire process of handling school violence cases. In particular, starting this year, the team will support the stable implementation of the “Relationship Restoration Reflection Program” for first- and second-grade elementary students.

위촉식 이후에는 위원들의 전문성 강화를 위한 역량 강화 교육이 이어진다. 전담조사관은 사안 조사 기법 및 보고서 작성법 등 실무 중심 교육을 받으며, 갈등전환지원단은 회복적 정의에 기반한 실전 연습과 사례 회의를 통해 새 학기를 대비할 예정이다.

Following the appointment ceremony, professional development training will be conducted to enhance the expertise of the members. Investigators will receive practical training on investigative techniques and report writing, while the Conflict Transformation Support Team will engage in hands-on exercises and case conferences based on restorative justice principles in preparation for the new semester.

#장진호 교육장은 “전문성과 공정성을 갖춘 전담조사관과 갈등전환지원단의 활동을 통해 학교폭력 사안에 대한 교육적 해결이 더욱 강화될 것으로 기대한다”며 “평화롭고 안전한 교육공동체를 구축하기 위해 최선을 다해 지원하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Superintendent Jang Jin-ho stated, “Through the activities of professional and fair investigators and the Conflict Transformation Support Team, we expect to further strengthen educational solutions to school violence cases,” adding, “We will do our utmost to support the establishment of a peaceful and safe educational community.”
