속초양양교육지원청, 소통과 화합의 ‘설맞이 전통놀이 한마당’ 개최

강원특별자치도속초양양교육지원청(교육장 한명진)은 설 명절을 앞둔 2월 13일(금), 직원 간 원활한 소통과 조직 내 화합을 도모하고 행정서비스의 질적 향상을 위한 협력 분위기를 조성하고자 ‘설맞이 전통놀이 한마당’을 개최했다.

The Sokcho–Yangyang Office of Education (Superintendent Han Myung-jin) of Gangwon State held a “Lunar New Year Traditional Games Festival” on Friday, February 13, ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday. The event aimed to promote smooth communication among staff members, strengthen organizational unity, and foster a cooperative atmosphere to enhance the quality of administrative services.

이번 행사는 업무 운영에 지장이 없도록 탄력적으로 운영되었으며, 경직된 조직문화를 완화하고 구성원들이 함께 참여하는 건강한 직장문화 정착을 목표로 기획되었다.

The event was organized flexibly to ensure that regular 업무 operations were not disrupted. It was designed to ease rigid organizational culture and to establish a healthy workplace environment in which all members actively participate.

행사는 윷놀이와 제기차기 등 팀별 전통놀이 프로그램을 중심으로 진행되었으며, 특히 저연차 공무원이 자연스럽게 조직에 적응할 수 있도록 지원하는 데 중점을 두었다. 이를 통해 직원 간 협업과 소통을 활성화하고, 세대별로 익숙함이 달랐던 전통놀이를 함께 즐기며 세대 간 이해와 공감을 넓히는 계기가 마련됐다.

The festival featured team-based traditional games such as Yutnori and Jegichagi. Special emphasis was placed on helping junior officials adapt smoothly to the organization. The event provided an opportunity to strengthen collaboration and communication among staff while fostering intergenerational understanding and empathy through shared cultural experiences.

#한명진 교육장은 “이번 행사는 저연차 공무원의 안정적인 조직 적응을 돕는 동시에, 직원 간 유대와 협력을 강화하기 위해 추진됐다”며 “전통문화를 함께 체험하는 과정을 통해 조직의 결속력을 높이고, 나아가 지역 교육행정 서비스의 신뢰성과 품질을 향상하는 계기가 되길 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Superintendent Han Myung-jin stated, “This event was promoted to support the stable adaptation of junior officials while strengthening bonds and cooperation among staff members. We hope that experiencing traditional culture together will enhance organizational cohesion and ultimately improve the credibility and quality of local education administrative services.”
