2025 중등 수업나눔 콘서트 깊이 있는 학습으로의 초대/An Invitation to Deep Learning

강원특별자치도교육청은 12월 5일(금)부터 6일(토)까지 횡성 웰리힐리파크에서

‘2025 중등 수업나눔 콘서트’를 개최했다.

이번 행사는 교사들의 수업·평가 전문성을 높이고,

함께 성장하는 배움 문화를 확산하기 위해 마련된 자리다.

The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education held the

“2025 Secondary Teaching Sharing Concert” from December 5 to 6 at Welli Hilli Park in Hoengseong.

The conference aimed to enhance teachers’ instructional and assessment expertise

and to cultivate a collaborative culture of shared learning.

깊이 있는 학습을 향한 새로운 시선

A New Perspective on Deep Learning

올해 콘서트의 주제는

“깊이 있는 학습으로의 초대(An Invitation to Deep Learning)”.

도내 더배움수업지원단, 수업성장 교과연구회, 수업성장지원가,

희망 교원 및 교육전문직원 등 70여 명이 함께하며

배움의 온기가 가득한 시간이 이어졌다.

With the theme

“An Invitation to Deep Learning,”

more than 70 educators—including teaching support teams, subject research groups,

instructional growth coaches, and educational professionals—

gathered to share insights and enrich the learning community.

첫째 날, 배움의 문이 열리다

Day One: Opening the Door to Learning

첫째 날에는

개념 기반 탐구학습을 주제로 한 심도 깊은 강연이 펼쳐지며

교사들의 전문적 성찰과 통찰을 이끌어냈다.

이어진 리코더 공연은 지친 마음을 달래고

교사들이 서로를 응원하는 따뜻한 휴식의 순간이 되었다.

The first day featured a lecture on concept-based inquiry learning,

encouraging deep reflection and professional growth.

A recorder performance followed, offering emotional comfort

and a moment of gentle encouragement for teachers.

둘째 날, 교실로 이어지는 실제 배움

Day Two: Learning That Flows Back Into the Classroom

둘째 날에는 실제 수업에 바로 적용할 수 있는

국어 수업 혁신 사례(클로즈 리딩·소크라틱 토론·비블리오 배틀)가 소개되며

참석자들의 큰 공감을 얻었다.

On the second day, teachers explored practical Korean-language teaching models—

including close reading, Socratic discussion, and bibliobattle activities—

gaining inspiration for immediate classroom application.

이어서 진행된

‘배움과 성장이 있는 수업나눔 부스체험’에서는

AI·에듀테크 활용 수업, 프로젝트 수업, 개념 기반 탐구 수업,

지역 특색 교육, 서·논술형 평가 설계 등

총 7개의 부스가 운영되며 열띤 교류가 이어졌다.

During the Teaching Sharing Booth Experience,

seven booths featured AI-based instruction, project learning,

concept-based inquiry classes, local curriculum integration,

and essay-type assessment design—sparking active exchange and collaboration.

마지막으로 진행된 Q&A 토크 콘서트는

교육 현장의 궁금증을 해소하고,

더 깊은 소통으로 행사를 마무리하는 아름다운 결말이 되었다.

The closing Q&A Talk Concert offered a space for open dialogue

and meaningful exchange, beautifully concluding the event.

“Deep Reflection in Teaching Will Illuminate the Future of Gangwon Education”

#김성래 중등교육과장은

“이번 콘서트가 교사들이 서로의 성공 사례를 나누며

함께 성장하는 장이 되었음을 확인했다”며,

이러한 수업 성찰이

학생들의 학습 동기를 높이고 학력 향상으로 이어져

강원교육의 미래를 밝히는 핵심 동력이 될 것이라고 강조했다.

Director Kim Seong-rae noted that

the event affirmed the value of teachers sharing successful practices,

emphasizing that such reflection will strengthen students’ motivation and achievement—

ultimately becoming a driving force for the future of Gangwon education.

강원교육, 또 한 걸음 나아가다

Gangwon Education Moves Forward

교육청은 이번 콘서트를 계기로

교실 수업 혁신을 촉진하고

교사 학습공동체 활성화, 수업 전문성 제고를 통해

강원교육의 품질을 한 단계 더 도약시킬 계획이다.

Building on the momentum of this event,

the Office of Education plans to further advance instructional innovation,

empower teacher learning communities,

and elevate the overall quality of education in Gangwon Province.
