우석중학교, 제18회 전국학교스포츠클럽 축전 피구대회(여중부) 우승! / National Champion!

우석중학교(교장 최창호)는 11월 14일(금)부터 16일(일)까지

충주 호암체육관에서 열린 제18회 전국학교스포츠클럽 축전 피구대회(여중부)에

강원특별자치도 대표로 출전해 전국 우승을 차지했다.

Woseok Middle School (Principal Choi Chang-ho) claimed the national title at the

18th National School Sports Club Festival Dodgeball Tournament (Girls’ Division),

held in Chungju from November 14 to 16.

우석중학교는 지난 9월 강릉에서 열린

강원학교스포츠클럽 피구대회(여중부)에서 1위를 차지하며

강원 대표 자격을 획득했다.

Woseok Middle School earned its place as Gangwon’s representative after

winning first place at the Gangwon School Sports Club Dodgeball Tournament in September.

Team Tenacious: Straight 2:0 Wins — Pure Dominance

여자 피구부 Tenacious는 예선 B조 1위 통과를 시작으로

8강–4강–결승까지 한 경기도 내주지 않은 2:0 퍼펙트 승리.

폭발적인 집중력과 팀워크로 경기장을 장악했다.

Starting with first place in Group B, Team Tenacious swept the quarterfinals,

semifinals, and final with flawless 2:0 victories, showcasing

remarkable focus and teamwork.

“팀원들 모두 정말 열심히 했고, 그 결과가 전국 1등이라 너무 기뻐요.

다른 팀들의 실력도 뛰어나 많이 배웠고, 그래서 이번 우승이 더 의미 있어요.

심판진, 지도해주신 이운성 선생님, 그리고 직접 응원 오신 교장선생님께

진심으로 감사드립니다.”

“We worked so hard as a team, and I’m thrilled that it led to becoming

number one in the nation. The other teams were amazing, and I learned so much—

that’s what makes this victory even more meaningful.

A huge thanks to the referees, our coach Mr. Lee Woon-sung,

and Principal Choi for cheering us on in person.”
