강원특별자치도교육청(교육감 신경호)은 9월 4일(목)부터 5일(금)까지 강원특별자치도교육청진로교육원에서 ‘2025년 하반기 교육전문직원 워크숍’을 개최하며 강원교육의 미래 비전 공유와 교육전문직원의 역량 강화를 도모했다.
The Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education (Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho) held the “2025 Second-Half Workshop for Educational Professionals” from September 4 to 5 at the Career Education Center, aiming to share the future vision of Gangwon education and strengthen the expertise of educational professionals.

 

본문(Main Text)

이번 워크숍에는 도교육청과 교육지원청, 직속기관에 소속된 장학관·장학사·교육연구관·교육연구사 등이 참석해 강원교육의 핵심 정책을 공유하고 실무 역량을 강화하는 시간을 가졌다.
Supervisors, assistant supervisors, educational researchers, and associate researchers from the provincial office, local education support offices, and affiliated institutions participated to share core policies of Gangwon education and enhance their practical competencies.

주요 프로그램으로는 △교육감 특강 ‘더 나은 강원교육, 3년의 변화로 내일을 잇다’ △국제 바칼로레아 기구(IBO) 홍정아 매니저의 ‘학습자 주도성을 기르는 국제 바칼로레아(IB) 프로그램의 이해’ △민경수 아나운서의 ‘아나운서에게 배우는 스피치’ 특강이 진행됐다. 또한 주요 현안 안내, 우수 사례 발표, 실전 아카데미를 통해 정책 이해와 현장 적용 능력이 크게 향상됐다.
Key programs included Superintendent Shin’s lecture, “Toward a Better Gangwon Education: Connecting the Future through Three Years of Change,” a session by Hong Jung-ah, Manager at the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), on “Understanding the IB Program for Developing Learner Agency,” and announcer Min Kyung-soo’s special lecture on “Speech Skills from a Broadcaster.” Participants also deepened their understanding of policies and strengthened their field application skills through issue briefings, best practice presentations, and hands-on academies.

특히 신규 교육전문직원 소개와 선배 장학사의 경험 공유, 지역청 우수사례 발표가 함께 이루어져 교육전문직원 간 교류와 상호 학습의 장이 마련되었다.
In particular, the introduction of newly appointed professionals, senior supervisors’ experience sharing, and best practice presentations from regional offices provided a valuable platform for exchange and mutual learning.

 신경호 교육감은 “교육전문직원의 전문성과 역량은 강원교육의 성장을 견인하는 핵심 동력”이라며 “이번 워크숍에서 도출된 비전과 제언이 현장에 뿌리내려 학생들의 성장을 적극 지원할 수 있도록 하겠다”고 강조했다.

Superintendent Shin said, “The professionalism and expertise of educational professionals are the driving force behind the growth of Gangwon education. We will ensure that the visions and recommendations from this workshop take root in the field to actively support students’ growth.”
