“전통 장례문화 체험과 공연을 통한 공직가치 성찰 연계 프로그램”
A Program to Reflect on Public Service Values through Traditional Funeral Culture and Performances

강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원 횡성분원(분원장 최현주)은 7월 31일(목)부터 횡성군 우천면에 위치한 횡성회다지소리문화체험관과 협력하여, ‘6급 미래인재 양성과정 4기’ 연수생을 대상으로 공직가치 체험 연수를 운영한다.
From July 31 (Thursday), the Hoengseong Branch of the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education Training Institute (Director Choi Hyun-joo) will conduct a value-centered training program for 4th cohort participants of the “Grade 6 Future Talent Development Course,” in collaboration with the Hoengseong Hoedaji Sound Culture Experience Center located in Ucheon-myeon, Hoengseong County.

이번 연수는 지역 전통문화 자원을 활용한 특색있는 프로그램으로 기획되었으며, 전통 장례문화를 주제로 한 공연과 체험, 예술 활동을 통해 공직자의 삶과 역할을 성찰하는 시간으로 구성되었다.
This training has been specially designed using local traditional cultural resources. Through performances, hands-on experiences, and artistic activities based on Korea’s traditional funeral customs, participants will reflect on the life and responsibilities of public officials.

연수생들은 전통 회다지 공연과 인형극을 관람하며 공동체와 이별 의식 속에서 나타나는 공공성의 의미를 살펴보고, 관련 체험활동을 통해 △방상탈의 상징적 의미를 되새기며 천연비누와 도마 만들기 △싱잉볼 명상 프로그램 등에 참여하며 감성 회복과 자기 성찰의 시간을 가진다.
Trainees will watch traditional Hoedaji performances and puppet plays, contemplating the meaning of publicness that appears within farewell rituals of the community. They will also engage in related hands-on activities such as △making natural soap and cutting boards inspired by the symbolic meaning of the Bangsangtal mask, and △participating in singing bowl meditation programs, allowing time for emotional healing and self-reflection.

또한, 연수 과정을 기록한 성과 공유 영상을 제작하여, 연수생들의 활동과 메시지를 함께 나누는 시간도 마련할 예정이다.
A video will be produced to document and share the outcomes of the training, showcasing participants’ activities and messages.

최현주 분원장은 “이번 협력 연수가 공직자의 가치관을 되돌아보고 지역문화와 함께 호흡하는 의미 있는 교육 모델이 되기를 바란다.”라며, “앞으로도 지역과 상생하는 교육 프로그램을 지속적으로 개발해 나가겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
Director Choi Hyun-joo stated, “I hope this collaborative training program becomes a meaningful educational model that encourages public officials to reflect on their values while engaging with local culture.” She added, “We will continue to develop educational programs that foster coexistence with the community.”
