교사의 배움과 성장을 지원하는 ‘2025 수업성장지원가 역량강화 연수’ 개최

“Establishing a Foundation for Deep Learning Practices through Shared Understanding and Cooperation within the Educational Community”

강원특별자치도교육청(신경호#교육감)은 27일(금), 중등 수업성장지원가, 더배움수업지원단 및 교육전문직원 등 80여 명을 대상으로 원주의료기기 산업진흥원에서 ‘교사의 배움과 성장을 지원하는 2025 수업성장지원가 역량강화 연수’를 개최했다.

On Friday the 27th, the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education (Superintendent Shin Kyung-ho) held the “2025 Teaching Growth Facilitators Capacity-Building Workshop” at the Wonju Medical Device Techno Valley, with over 80 participants including secondary-level teaching growth facilitators, ‘The-Baeeum’ teaching support group members, and education professionals.

이번 연수는 강원특별자치도 내 중등 수업성장지원가들이 함께 모여 교사의 배움과 성장을 지원하는 수업 리더의 역할에 대한 이해를 바탕으로, 교사의 수업 전문성 역량 강화를 통해 학생 주도성과 깊이 있는 학습이 살아있는 수업 실천 기반을 조성하고자 마련됐다.

This training was designed to bring together secondary-level teaching growth facilitators across the province, deepening their understanding of the role of instructional leaders who support teachers’ learning and development. The goal is to foster student-centered, in-depth learning by enhancing teachers’ instructional competencies.

강원대학교 국어교육과 김영란 교수는 ‘수업(受業, 修業, 授業)을 혁신하라’를 주제로 강연을 펼쳤으며, 이어 서울시교육청 정미선 前 수석교사는 ‘좋은 수업을 위한 동행·성장·수업코칭’이라는 주제로 강의를 진행하였다. 이를 통해 수업 개선에 대한 의미 있는 성찰과 수업 나눔을 통해 함께 성장하는 수업 문화 조성을 위한 실천적 방안을 모색했다.

Professor Kim Young-ran from Kangwon National University’s Department of Korean Language Education gave a keynote lecture titled “Innovate Class (受業, 修業, 授業)”, followed by a lecture from Jeong Mi-seon, former master teacher at the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, titled “Accompanying, Growing, and Coaching for Better Classes.” These sessions provided meaningful insights into improving instruction and practical strategies to cultivate a collaborative, growth-oriented classroom culture.

한유선 중등교육과장은 “이번 연수를 통해 도내 교사들의 수업 전문성 신장과 공교육 경쟁력 제고의 기회로 삼을 것”이라며 “앞으로 도교육청-교육지원청-학교 간 유기적인 네트워크 활성화를 통해 일상적인 수업 나눔·연구 문화를 장려하고 이를 위한 다각적인 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 밝혔다.

Han Yoo-sun, Director of Secondary Education, stated, “We see this workshop as an opportunity to enhance the instructional professionalism of teachers across the province and to strengthen the competitiveness of public education.” She added, “The Provincial Office of Education will actively support the creation of everyday lesson-sharing and research cultures by fostering strong networks between the Office, local education support offices, and schools.”
