2025년 태백교육지원청 관내 지방공무원 연찬회 개최

태백교육지원청(교육장 권성자)은 6월 24일(화), 동해시 무릉별유천지 및 무릉건강숲 일원에서 유·초·중·고·특수학교 및 교육지원청 소속 지방공무원 50여 명을 대상으로 ‘2025년 지방공무원 연찬회’를 실시하였다.

On Tuesday, June 24, the Taebaek Office of Education (Superintendent Kwon Sung-ja) held the 2025 Training Workshop for Local Government Officials at Mureung Byeol Yucheonji and Mureung Healing Forest in Donghae. The event was attended by over 50 local government employees from kindergartens, elementary, middle, high, special schools, and the Taebaek Office of Education.

이번 연찬회는 ‘더 나은 학교, 더 좋은 태백교육’을 구현하기 위한 지방공무원의 실천 의지를 다지고, 학교혁신 아이디어를 공유하며, 직원 간의 소통과 힐링을 통해 활력 있는 조직문화를 조성하고자 마련되었다.

The workshop aimed to strengthen the commitment of local officials to realizing “Better Schools and Better Taebaek Education,” promote the exchange of innovative school ideas, and foster a vibrant organizational culture through communication and healing among staff.

이날 연찬회는 무릉별유천지 탐방을 시작으로, 무릉건강숲에서 진행된 차훈명상, 디퓨저 만들기 체험 등 자연치유 힐링 프로그램으로 구성되어 참석자들의 스트레스 해소와 심신 안정에 큰 호응을 얻었다.

The day's program began with an ecological tour of Mureung Byeol Yucheonji, followed by nature-based healing activities at Mureung Healing Forest. Participants engaged in tea-based meditation and diffuser-making experiences, which were well received as a way to relieve stress and promote mental well-being.

정정모 행정과장은 “이번 연찬회를 통해 구성원 간 공감과 신뢰를 바탕으로 소통하고, 각자의 자리에서 태백교육을 위해 한마음으로 노력하는 계기가 되길 바란다.”라고 밝혔다.

Jeong Jeong-mo, Director of Administration, stated, “I hope this workshop serves as an opportunity for us to communicate based on empathy and trust, and to come together in unity to further the goals of Taebaek Education in our respective roles.”
