'강원의희망프로젝트 꿈찾기캠프'를 마치며 생각해 본다.

강원도 보육원에서 생활하는 청소년들을 위한 '희망프로젝트 "꿈찾기캠프"'가 성황리에 마쳤습니다. 

이 프로젝트는 청소년들이 자신을 발견하고 미래직업에 대한 이해를 높이는데 초점을 맞추었습니다.

이 캠프는 다양한 산업분야를 직접 경험하고 탐색 할 수 있는 프로그램이었습니다.

월성원자력,현대자동차.현대중공업,포항제철소 견학을 통해 청소년들은 다양한 직업에 대한 이해를 넓히고, 

자신의 장점과 흥미를 바탕으로 할 수있는 직업을 발견하는 캠프였습니다.

한사람의 상상의꿈이 신념으로 바뀌고 행동으로 옮겨질 때, 세상의 한 부분을 바꿀 수 도 있다는 것을

거인 정주영회장과 박태준회장의 역사관에서 배우게 되었습니다.

또한, 정체성 탐색 세션을 통해 참여자들은 자신에 대한 깊은 이해를 얻었습니다. 

살면서 만나는 사람과의 관계, 가치관, 취향등을 통해 자아를 발견하고 이해하는 소중한 시간을 가졌습니다.

이 프로젝트의 핵심은 자아 존중 강화입니다. 

참여자들은 자기인식의 변화와 자신을 긍정적으로 평가하는 방법을 학습함으로써 자존감을 높일 수 있었습니다.

이러한 활동을 통해 청소년들은 미래에 대한 희망과 자신에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 소중한 경험을 했습니다.

앞으로도 이와같은 프로그램을 지속적으로 운영하여 더 많은 청소년들이 자아를 발견하고 희망을 키울 수 있도록

지원을 요청 할 계획입니다.

'강원의희망프로젝트 "꿈찾기캠프"'는강원특별자치도 청소년들에게 미래를 여는 문이 되길 바랍니다.

The 'Dream Exploration Camp,' a 'Hope Project' for adolescents living in Gangwon Province's childcare facilities, has successfully concluded.

This project focuses on helping adolescents discover themselves and gain a better understanding of future careers.

The camp provided opportunities for participants to directly experience and explore various industries. Through visits to facilities such as Wolsong Nuclear Power Plant, Hyundai Motor Company, Hyundai Heavy Industries, and POSCO, adolescents expanded their understanding of different professions and discovered careers based on their strengths and interests.

They learned from the historical perspectives of giants like Chairman Jeong Joo-young and Chairman Park Tae-joon that one person's dream, when turned into belief and action, can change a part of the world.

Moreover, through identity exploration sessions, participants gained a deeper understanding of themselves. They had valuable moments to discover and understand themselves through relationships, values, preferences, and more.

The core of this project is to enhance self-respect. By learning to change their self-perception and positively evaluate themselves, participants were able to boost their self-esteem.

Through these activities, adolescents had valuable experiences to increase hope for the future and self-understanding. We plan to continue operating similar programs to help more adolescents discover themselves and nurture hope.

We hope that 'Gangwon's Hope Project: Dream Exploration Camp' will become a gateway to the future for the youth of Gangwon Special Autonomous Province.
