소상공인 대상 연중 노무 컨설팅 운영… 11월 제2차 길거리 상담 예정

Year-Round Labor Consulting Available for Small Businesses, with a Second Street Consultation Scheduled for November

동해시노사민정협의회(위원장 이정학 동해시장)가 시민과 소상공인, 노동자를 대상으로 현장에서 전문가의 도움을 받을 수 있는 무료 상담을 운영하고 있다.

The Donghae City Labor-Management-Civic-Government Council, chaired by Donghae Mayor Lee Jeong-hak, is providing free on-site consultations where residents, small-business owners and workers can receive professional advice.

협의회는 지난 9월 14일 천곡동 우리은행 앞에서 ‘제1차 길거리 무료 노무·세무·생활법률상담’을 열고, 임금체불과 산업재해, 임대차계약 등 생활과 사업 현장에서 겪는 다양한 고충에 대해 전문가와의 일대일 상담을 진행했다.

On September 14, the council held its first free street consultation on labor, tax and everyday legal issues in front of Woori Bank in Cheongok-dong. Participants received one-on-one advice from professionals on a range of difficulties encountered in daily life and business, including unpaid wages, industrial accidents and rental agreements.

현장에는 노무사와 변호사 등 전문가가 참여했으며, 한국노총 동해지역지부, 동해여성새로일하기센터, 한전 동해지사 등 유관기관도 함께해 시민 권익 보호와 안전한 일터 조성을 위한 캠페인을 병행했다.

Labor consultants, attorneys and other professionals participated in the event. Related organizations—including the Donghae branch of the Federation of Korean Trade Unions, the Donghae Women’s New Employment Center and the Donghae branch of Korea Electric Power Corporation—also joined a campaign to protect citizens’ rights and promote safer workplaces.

이와 함께 관내 소상공인 사업장을 대상으로 전문 인력이 직접 찾아가는 ‘연중 상시 노무관리 점검 및 컨설팅’을 운영해 사업장별 노무관리와 애로사항 해결을 지원하고 있다.

The council also operates year-round labor-management inspections and consulting services for small businesses in the city. Professionals visit workplaces directly to help improve labor-management practices and resolve business-specific difficulties.

협의회는 오는 11월 제2차 길거리 무료 노무·세무·생활법률상담을 열어 시민과 소상공인에게 현장 상담 기회를 계속 제공할 계획이다.

The council plans to hold a second free street consultation on labor, tax and everyday legal issues in November, continuing to provide accessible, on-site professional advice to residents and small-business owners.
