동해문화관광재단, 2026년 경영평가 ‘최고 등급’

전년도 개선사항 집중 관리·주민 참여형 문화사업 강화 높은 평가

Focused Follow-up on Previous Recommendations and Stronger Resident-Participatory Cultural Programs Receive High Marks

동해문화관광재단(대표이사 정연수)이 강원특별자치도 주관 2026년도 지방출자·출연기관 경영평가에서 최고 등급인 ‘가 등급’을 받았다. 이번 평가는 재단의 2025년도 경영 실적을 대상으로 진행됐다.

The Donghae Culture and Tourism Foundation, headed by CEO Jeong Yeon-su, received Grade A—the highest rating—in the 2026 management evaluation of local government-invested and funded institutions conducted by Gangwon State. The evaluation assessed the foundation’s performance in 2025.

재단은 이번 평가에서 리더십과 조직·인사, 재정 효율화 등 경영관리 분야와 지역문화 진흥, 예술인 지원, 시민 문화복지 등 주요 사업 전반에서 고르게 점수가 상승했다.

In this evaluation, the foundation achieved across-the-board score increases in management areas—including leadership, organizational and personnel management, and financial efficiency—as well as in major projects such as promoting local culture, supporting artists, and improving cultural welfare for residents.

특히 전년도 개선 권고사항을 집중적으로 관리해 경영 효율성을 높이고, 주민 참여형 문화 프로그램을 강화해 사업 성과와 주민 만족도를 끌어올린 점이 높은 평가를 받았다.

The foundation received particularly high marks for improving management efficiency through focused follow-up on recommendations from the previous year. Its efforts to strengthen resident-participatory cultural programs—leading to better project outcomes and higher resident satisfaction—were also highly regarded.

재단은 이번 평가 결과를 2027년도 경영전략과 사업계획에 반영해 경영 혁신을 이어갈 계획이다.

The foundation plans to incorporate the evaluation results into its 2027 management strategy and project plans, continuing its efforts to drive organizational and managerial innovation.

#정연수 대표이사는 “이번 평가를 계기로 잘한 부분은 더욱 발전시키고 부족한 부분은 지속적으로 개선해 시민이 체감하는 문화·관광 서비스를 만들어가겠다”라고 말했다.
