북삼동, '오·가다 북삼!' 운영… 주민 맞춤형 보건·복지서비스 강화

북삼동지역사회보장협의체와 북삼동행정복지센터가 주민을 직접 찾아가는 보건·복지서비스를 통해 복지사각지대 해소와 건강 돌봄 강화에 나서며 주민 밀착형 복지행정을 실천하고 있다.

The Buksam-dong Community Social Security Council and the Buksam-dong Administrative Welfare Center are providing door-to-door health and welfare services to residents, helping reduce welfare blind spots and strengthen community-based health care through resident-centered public services.

이번 사업은 어르신과 장애인, 복지사각지대 가구를 직접 찾아가 건강상담과 복지상담을 제공하는 현장 중심의 보건·복지서비스다. 주민들의 건강관리와 복지서비스 접근성을 높이고, 필요한 지원을 신속하게 연계하기 위해 마련됐다.

 This initiative is a field-oriented health and welfare program that directly visits senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and households in welfare blind spots to provide health consultations and welfare counseling. It aims to improve access to healthcare and welfare services while connecting residents with the support they need in a timely manner.

 오는 12월까지 관내 경로당 6개소와 대상자 가정을 순차적으로 방문해 혈압·혈당 측정, 건강상담, 보건소·병원 연계와 함께 기초연금, 응급안전안심서비스, 노인맞춤돌봄서비스 등 다양한 복지제도를 안내하고 신청을 지원한다.

 Through December, the program will visit six senior community centers and individual households across the district. Services include blood pressure and blood sugar checks, health consultations, referrals to public health centers and hospitals, and assistance with applications for various welfare programs such as the Basic Pension, Emergency Safety Service, and Customized Senior Care Service.

또한 각종 시정소식과 주요 시책을 함께 안내해 행정서비스 접근성을 높이고, 건강상담 결과에 따라 동해시보건소 치매안심센터와 동해시정신건강복지센터 등 관계기관과 연계해 필요한 맞춤형 보건·복지서비스를 지원할 계획이다.

 The program will also provide information on major municipal policies and city news to improve access to public services. Based on health consultation results, residents will be connected with relevant organizations such as the Donghae City Dementia Care Center and the Donghae Mental Health Welfare Center to receive customized health and welfare support.

#이영옥 북삼동장은 “거동이 불편하거나 정보 접근이 어려운 주민들이 필요한 보건·복지서비스를 제때 받을 수 있도록 직접 찾아가는 현장 중심 행정을 강화하겠다”며 “앞으로도 민‧관이 함께 협력해 주민들의 건강과 복지 증진과 복지사각지대 해소를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
