동해시, 청소년안전망 협력체계 강화…맞춤형 지원방안 논의

위기청소년 지원을 위한 첫 사례회의 진행...13개 기관 협력 강화

동해시청소년상담복지센터는 23일 센터 2층 북카페에서 2026년 청소년복지실무위원회 제2차 회의를 개최하고, 위기청소년의 건강한 성장과 복지 증진을 위한 협력체계를 강화했다.

On July 23, the Donghae Youth Counseling and Welfare Center held the second 2026 Youth Welfare Working Committee meeting at the center's second-floor Book Café, strengthening collaborative efforts to support the healthy growth and well-being of at-risk youth.

이날 회의에는 동해시를 비롯해 교육, 복지, 경찰, 의료, 상담 분야 등 13개 유관기관 실무위원이 참석해 청소년안전망 운영 현황을 공유하고, 기관 간 연계 방안을 논의했다.

Representatives from 13 organizations—including the City of Donghae, education, welfare, police, healthcare, and counseling sectors—participated in the meeting to review the current operation of the Youth Safety Net and discuss ways to strengthen inter-agency collaboration.

특히 동해시종합사회복지관 등록 대상 청소년에 대한 사례회의를 통해 생활환경과 심리·정서적 특성, 지원 현황 등을 종합적으로 검토하고, 각 기관의 전문 자원을 연계한 맞춤형 지원 방안을 마련했다.

A case conference focused on a youth registered with the Donghae Comprehensive Social Welfare Center comprehensively reviewed the individual's living environment, psychological and emotional characteristics, and current support status. Based on these discussions, participants developed a personalized support plan by connecting the specialized resources of each organization.

참석 위원들은 위기청소년의 조기 발굴과 신속한 개입을 위해 기관 간 정보 공유와 협력을 더욱 강화하고, 상담·복지·교육·의료를 아우르는 통합 지원체계를 지속적으로 운영해 나가기로 뜻을 모았다.

Committee members agreed to further strengthen information sharing and cooperation among agencies to identify at-risk youth early and intervene promptly. They also reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining an integrated support system encompassing counseling, welfare, education, and healthcare services.

#천수정 체육교육과장은 "청소년안전망을 중심으로 지역사회 유관기관과 긴밀한 협력체계를 구축해 위기청소년들이 필요한 도움을 적기에 받을 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다"며 "앞으로 지속적인 사례회의와 기관 간 협력을 통해 청소년들이 건강하게 성장할 수 있는 지역사회를 만들어 나가겠다"고 말했다.

Cheon Su-jeong, Director of the Sports and Education Division, said,

"Centered on the Youth Safety Net, we will continue to build a close partnership with community organizations so that at-risk youth can receive the support they need at the right time. Through ongoing case conferences and inter-agency collaboration, we will create a community where all young people can grow up healthy and safe."

한편, 동해시청소년상담복지센터는 올해 청소년안전망을 통해 지원사례 89명(위기청소년 56명)을 대상으로 상담·심리지원, 보호·생활지원, 교육지원 등 총 2,438건의 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하며 위기청소년 보호체계 강화에 힘쓰고 있다.

As of this year, the Donghae Youth Counseling and Welfare Center has provided a total of 2,438 customized support services through the Youth Safety Net for 89 youth support cases, including 56 at-risk youths. These services include counseling and psychological support, protection and daily living assistance, educational support, and other tailored interventions, reinforcing the city's comprehensive youth protection system.
