동해시, 장애인 평생학습 여름 특강 운영

동해시는 장애인과 가족이 함께 배우고 소통할 수 있는 평생학습 기회를 제공하기 위해 오는 8월 3일부터 14일까지 「2026년 장애인 평생학습 여름 특강」을 운영한다.

Donghae City will operate the 2026 Summer Lifelong Learning Program for People with Disabilities from August 3 to August 14, providing meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities and their families to learn, communicate, and grow together.

이번 특강은 장애인과 가족 20명을 대상으로 ▲AI·디지털창작교실 ▲제과제빵 ▲「동해를 담은 굿즈 만들기」 등 3개 과정으로 진행한다. 다양한 체험 중심 프로그램을 통해 학습 참여를 높이고 창의력과 자기표현 능력을 키울 수 있도록 구성했다.

 The program is designed for 20 participants, including people with disabilities and their family members. It consists of three hands-on courses: ▲AI & Digital Creative Studio ▲Baking & Pastry ▲"Creating Donghae-Themed Goods." Through engaging experiential activities, participants will enhance creativity, self-expression, and active learning.

AI·디지털창작교실은 평생학습관 「디지털배움터」와 연계해 전문 강사의 지도로 3D펜을 활용한 입체 작품 제작과 AI 기술을 활용한 플립북 만들기 등 디지털 체험 프로그램을 운영한다. 이를 통해 디지털 활용 역량과 창의력을 쉽고 재미있게 익힐 수 있도록 지원할 예정이다.

 The AI & Digital Creative Studio will be operated in cooperation with the Lifelong Learning Center's Digital Learning Hub. Under the guidance of professional instructors, participants will create three-dimensional artworks using 3D pens and design AI-assisted flipbooks, making digital technology both accessible and enjoyable while fostering creativity and digital literacy.

제과제빵 과정은 직접 만들고 나누는 체험을 통해 성취감과 자신감을 높이고, 「동해를 담은 굿즈 만들기」 과정은 지역의 특색을 담은 작품 제작을 통해 창의성과 표현력을 키울 수 있도록 운영한다.

 In the Baking & Pastry course, participants will experience the joy of making and sharing baked goods, helping build confidence and a sense of achievement. The "Creating Donghae-Themed Goods" course encourages participants to express their creativity by designing unique souvenirs inspired by the city's local identity and culture.

특히 장애인과 가족이 함께 참여하는 체험 중심 프로그램으로 운영된다. 가족이 함께 배우고 소통하며 서로를 이해하는 시간을 통해 모두가 함께 성장하는 평생학습의 장이 될 것으로 기대된다.

 A special feature of the program is its family-centered approach. By learning, creating, and communicating together, people with disabilities and their family members will strengthen mutual understanding while enjoying an inclusive lifelong learning experience where everyone can grow together.
