동해시, 시민 맞춤형 건강관리 성과 빛났다

보건복지부 장관 표창… 건강증진사업 10개 분야 연계 성과 인정

동해시가 보건복지부가 주관한 「2026년 지방자치단체 건강증진사업 성과대회」에서 지역사회 통합건강증진사업 종합부문 우수기관으로 선정되어 보건복지부 장관 표창을 수상했다.

Donghae City has been honored with the Minister of Health and Welfare Award after being selected as an Outstanding Local Government in the Comprehensive Community Health Promotion Program at the 2026 Local Government Health Promotion Performance Conference.

 지역 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 건강정책 높은 평가

이번 평가는 전국 지방자치단체를 대상으로 사업계획, 추진성과, 성과관리, 우수사례 등을 종합적으로 심사한 결과이며, 동해시는 지역 특성을 반영한 시민 맞춤형 건강증진 정책과 체계적인 운영 성과를 높이 평가받았다.

The nationwide evaluation reviewed program planning, implementation, performance management, and best practices. Donghae City earned high recognition for its well-organized health promotion initiatives tailored to local community needs.

10개 분야를 하나로 연결한 통합 건강관리

동해시는 신체활동, 영양, 금연, 절주, 구강보건, 심뇌혈관질환 예방관리, 아토피·천식 예방관리, 여성·어린이 건강증진, 모바일 헬스케어, 방문건강관리 등 10개 분야를 연계한 통합건강증진사업을 추진하며 시민들의 건강생활 실천과 만성질환 예방에 힘써왔다.

The city has integrated ten key health promotion areas—including physical activity, nutrition, smoking cessation, responsible drinking, oral health, cardiovascular disease prevention, atopic dermatitis and asthma prevention, women's and children's health, mobile healthcare, and home health services—to encourage healthier lifestyles and prevent chronic diseases.

강원도 1위와 100% 참여율이 증명한 성과

2025년 지역사회건강조사 잠정 결과에 따르면 동해시는 혈압수치 인지율 81.2%, 혈당수치 인지율 55.3%로 강원특별자치도 1위를 기록했다. 또한 모바일 헬스케어사업 등록자의 지속참여율 100%를 달성했으며, 아토피·천식 예방관리사업 우수기관으로도 선정되는 등 다양한 성과를 거두었다.

According to the preliminary results of the 2025 Community Health Survey, Donghae ranked first in Gangwon State with an 81.2% awareness rate of blood pressure levels and a 55.3% awareness rate of blood glucose levels. The city also achieved a 100% participant retention rate in its Mobile Healthcare Program and was recognized as an Outstanding Institution for Atopy and Asthma Prevention.
