한국철도 강원본부, 직원 가족과 함께하는 「열차타고 한칸추억」 가족공감행사 시행

한국철도 강원본부는 7월 9일 직원 가족과 함께하는 「열차타고 한칸추억」 가족공감행사를 시행했다.

On July 9, KORAIL Gangwon Headquarters hosted the "Making Memories, One Train Car at a Time" Family Engagement Event with employees and their families.

이번 행사는 가족 초청 열차여행을 통해 행복한 일터와 건강한 조직문화를 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.

The event was designed to foster a happy workplace and a healthy organizational culture through a family-invited train journey.

강원본부 직원 가족과 주니어보드를 포함한 총 32명이 인구감소 위기지역인 울진군을 방문해 지역상생의 의미를 함께 나눴다.

A total of 32 participants, including employees' family members and members of the Junior Board, visited Uljin County, a region facing population decline, to promote regional coexistence and mutual growth.

참가자들은 울진군의 지역 맛집과 소상공인 매장을 방문하고 주요 관광명소를 둘러보며 지역경제 활성화에 힘을 보탰다. 또한 ‘철도 지역상생 미션’과 ‘가족사연 라디오’ 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 가족 간 소통과 화합의 시간을 가졌다.

Participants supported the local economy by visiting popular local restaurants, small businesses, and major tourist attractions in Uljin. They also strengthened family bonds through interactive programs such as the "Railway Regional Coexistence Mission" and the "Family Story Radio."

#김태락 한국철도 강원본부장은 “직원들이 철도의 안전과 국민의 이동을 위해 책임감 있게 역할을 수행할 수 있었던 것은 묵묵히 응원해주는 가족이 있기 때문”이라며 “앞으로도 직원들이 행복하게 일할 수 있고 가족이 함께 자랑스러워할 수 있는 직장을 만들기 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
