동해시, 사회연대경제 조직에 청년 인력 지원…일경험 사업 추진

동해시는 미취업 청년에게 실질적인 일 경험을 제공하고 사회연대경제 조직의 인력난을 해소하기 위해 강원특별자치도경제진흥원(강원청년센터)과 함께 「2026년 사회연대경제 청년 일경험 시범사업」을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that it will launch the "2026 Social and Solidarity Economy Youth Work Experience Pilot Program" in partnership with the Gangwon State Economic Promotion Agency (Gangwon Youth Center). The initiative aims to provide meaningful work experience for unemployed young people while helping social and solidarity economy organizations address workforce shortages.

 이번 사업은 관내 마을기업, 협동조합, 10인 미만 사회연대경제 관련 비영리 법인·단체를 대상으로 하며, 선정된 기업은 오는 7월 28일부터 12월 20일까지 약 5개월간 청년 인력을 지원받게 된다. 동해시에는 총 4명의 청년이 배정된다.

The program is open to local village enterprises, cooperatives, and nonprofit organizations in the social and solidarity economy sector with fewer than 10 employees. Selected organizations will receive youth workforce support for approximately five months, from July 28 to December 20. A total of four young participants will be assigned within Donghae City.

참여기업에는 청년 1인당 월 234만 원(세전)의 청년 수당과 4대 보험료 기업부담분(11.47%)이 전액 지원된다. 또한 기업 운영비와 멘토수당도 별도로 지원해 기업의 부담을 크게 줄일 계획이다.

Participating organizations will receive full financial support covering a monthly youth allowance of KRW 2.34 million (before tax) per participant, as well as the employer's share of the four major social insurance contributions (11.47%). Additional support will also be provided for operating expenses and mentor allowances, significantly reducing employers' financial burden.

사업은 일반 업무를 수행하는 ‘취업형 인턴’과, 새로운 직무를 발굴하거나 창업 지원 등을 수행하는 ‘일자리창조형 인턴’으로 구분해 운영된다. 기업은 사업장 특성에 맞는 유형을 선택해 신청할 수 있으며, 직무 내용과 청년 성장 가능성 등을 종합 평가해 최종 선정된다.

The program consists of two internship tracks: the "Employment Internship," focused on general workplace duties, and the "Job Creation Internship," which emphasizes developing new roles, supporting entrepreneurship, and creating innovative employment opportunities. Organizations may apply for the track best suited to their needs, and selections will be based on job relevance and the participant's growth potential.

시는 기업 선정 이후 청년 모집과 매칭을 거쳐 7월 말까지 약정 체결을 완료하고 사업을 본격 추진할 예정이다. 자세한 사항은 동해시청 또는 강원특별자치도경제진흥원 홈페이지 공고문에서 확인할 수 있다.

Following the selection of participating organizations, Donghae City will recruit and match youth participants before completing agreements by the end of July. The program will then begin in earnest.
