강원문화재단, 2026 K-Arts 국제교류 컨설팅(강원권) 참가자 모집

강원문화재단(대표이사 신현상)은 문화체육관광부가 주최하고 한국국제문화교류진흥원(KOFICE)과 공동 주관하는 「2026 K-Arts 컨설팅(강원권)」의 참가자를 오는 7월 6일(월)까지 모집한다.

The Gangwon Foundation for Arts & Culture (CEO Shin Hyun-sang) is accepting applications until July 6 for the "2026 K-Arts Consulting (Gangwon Region)," hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and jointly organized with the Korea Foundation for International Cultural Exchange (KOFICE).

 「2026 K-Arts 컨설팅(강원권)」은 해외 문화예술 교류에 관심 있는 강원 지역 예술인을 대상으로 국제교류에 대한 이해를 높이고 실질적인 정보와 경험을 공유하기 위해 마련한 프로그램이다.

The program is designed to help artists in Gangwon who are interested in international cultural exchange deepen their understanding of global collaboration while sharing practical information, successful experiences, and valuable insights.

행사는 7월 9일(목) 오후 2시 강릉 고래책방(강릉시 율곡로 2848)에서 개최하며, ‘국제교류, 어디서부터 시작할까? 지원사업부터 해외 네트워크까지’를 주제로 진행된다.

The event will take place at 2:00 PM on July 9 at Gorae Bookstore in Gangneung under the theme, "Where Should International Exchange Begin? From Funding Opportunities to Global Networks."

이번 컨설팅에는 문화예술 국제교류 분야의 전문가들이 참여해 국제교류 지원사업 활용 방법과 해외 협력 네트워크 구축 사례, 국제무대의 최신 동향 등을 소개할 예정이다.

Experts in international cultural exchange will introduce funding opportunities, practical strategies for building overseas partnerships, and the latest trends shaping the global arts scene.

기조 강연은 감자꽃스튜디오 이선철 대표가 맡아 ‘강원에서 시작하는 국제교류, 왜 지금 필요한가’를 주제로 발표한다. 이어 문화매개기업 호미 임은아 대표가 국제교류 생태계와 지원제도를 소개하고, 자라섬재즈페스티벌 계명국 예술감독이 국제교류 네트워크 구축 사례를 공유한다. 또한, 월간미술 심지언 편집장이 시각예술 분야 국제교류 트렌드와 레지던시 활용 방안을 주제로 강연을 진행한다.

The keynote address will be delivered by Lee Seon-cheol, CEO of Gamjakkot Studio, on the topic, "Why International Exchange Matters Now—Starting from Gangwon."

Following the keynote, Lim Eun-ah, CEO of Homi, will introduce the international exchange ecosystem and available support programs. Kye Myung-kook, Artistic Director of the Jarasum Jazz Festival, will share real-world experiences in building global cultural networks. Sim Ji-eon, Editor-in-Chief of Monthly Art Magazine, will present current trends in international visual arts exchange and effective ways to utilize international residency programs.

강연 이후에는 참가자들이 전문가와 직접 소통할 수 있는 라운드테이블이 마련된다. 임은아 대표, 계명국 예술감독, 심지언 편집장, 이선철 대표가 참여해 국제교류 사업 추진 과정에서의 고민과 궁금증에 대해 심화 컨설팅을 제공할 예정이다.

Following the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers during an interactive roundtable discussion. The experts will provide personalized advice, answer questions, and discuss practical challenges related to planning and implementing international exchange projects.

참가비는 무료이며, 강원 지역 예술인이라면 누구나 신청할 수 있다. 참가 신청은 7월 6일(월)까지 온라인 신청서를 통해 선착순으로 접수한다.

Participation is free of charge and open to all artists based in Gangwon Province. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis through the online application form until July 6.
