햇살처럼 부드러운 돌봄, 작은 보습제가 전하는 큰 위로

동해시는 아토피피부염으로 인해 가려움과 불편함을 겪는 아이들이 조금 더 편안한 일상을 누릴 수 있도록 저소득층 환아를 위한 보습제 지원사업을 추진한다. 피부를 촉촉하게 지키는 작은 습관이 아이들의 건강한 성장으로 이어질 수 있다는 믿음에서 시작된 따뜻한 복지정책이다.

Donghae City is launching a moisturizing cream support program for low-income children suffering from atopic dermatitis. This caring initiative is based on the belief that simple daily skin care can make a meaningful difference in a child’s comfort, health, and quality of life.

아토피피부염은 꾸준한 보습 관리가 무엇보다 중요한 질환이지만, 일부 가정에는 지속적인 관리 비용이 부담으로 다가오기도 한다. 이번 사업은 경제적 어려움으로 치료와 관리에 어려움을 겪는 가정의 부담을 덜고, 아이들의 피부 건강을 지키기 위해 마련됐다.

Atopic dermatitis requires consistent moisturizing care, yet the cost of maintaining treatment can be challenging for some families. This program was designed to ease that burden while helping children maintain healthier skin and a better quality of life.

지원 대상은 주민등록상 동해시에 주소를 둔 기초생활수급자 또는 차상위계층 가정의 13세 미만(2014년생 이후 출생) 아토피피부염 환아이다. 신청은 6월 8일부터 7월 31일까지 가능하며, 준비된 물량이 모두 소진되면 조기에 마감될 수 있다.

Eligible applicants are children under the age of 13 (born in or after 2014) who are diagnosed with atopic dermatitis and belong to low-income households residing in Donghae City. Applications are accepted from June 8 to July 31, subject to early closure if supplies run out.

선정된 환아에게는 아토피피부염 전용 보습제 3개와 함께 올바른 피부관리 방법을 안내하는 교육자료가 제공된다. 단순한 물품 지원을 넘어 건강한 생활습관 형성을 돕는 예방 중심의 지원이라는 점에서 의미가 크다.

Selected children will receive three specialized moisturizers along with educational materials on proper skin care. Beyond providing products, the program also promotes preventive care and healthy daily habits.

신청을 희망하는 보호자는 수급자증명서 또는 차상위계층 확인서, 주민등록등본, 가족관계증명서, 그리고 아토피피부염 질병코드(L20)가 기재된 진단 관련 서류를 준비해 동해시보건소 구관 2층 보건사업팀을 방문하면 된다.

Parents or guardians wishing to apply should bring proof of low-income status, a resident registration certificate, a family relationship certificate, and medical documents indicating the atopic dermatitis diagnosis code (L20) to the Health Promotion Team on the second floor of the Donghae Public Health Center annex.
