동해시는 강원특별자치도 감염병관리지원단과 함께 무릉별유천지 라벤더축제 방문객을 대상으로 감염병 예방 홍보부스를 운영한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that it will operate an infectious disease prevention promotion booth for visitors to the Lavender Festival at Mureung Byeolyucheonji in cooperation with the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Infectious Disease Management Support Center.

이번 홍보부스는 축제 방문객을 대상으로 올바른 손씻기 등 일상 속 감염병 예방수칙을 알리고, 행사 특성과 계절적 요인을 반영해 수족구병·수두 등 접촉성 감염병, 수인성·식품매개 감염병, 진드기 매개 감염병, 호흡기 감염병 예방수칙을 맞춤형으로 안내할 예정이다.

The booth will provide practical guidance on everyday infection prevention measures, including proper handwashing. Considering the characteristics of the festival and seasonal factors, visitors will receive customized information on preventing contact-transmitted diseases such as hand-foot-and-mouth disease and chickenpox, waterborne and foodborne illnesses, tick-borne diseases, and respiratory infections.

또한 뷰박스(View-box)와 ATP 측정기를 활용한 손위생 체험을 통해 감염병 예방수칙을 쉽고 재미있게 익힐 수 있도록 운영하며, 생활 속 예방 실천의 중요성을 자연스럽게 전달할 계획이다.

In addition, hands-on hygiene activities using a View-box and ATP monitoring equipment will allow participants to learn infection prevention practices in an engaging and interactive way. The program aims to naturally reinforce the importance of preventive health habits in daily life.

부스는 6월 19일 오전 11시부터 오후 6시까지 운영되며, 손위생 체험은 오후 3시까지 진행된다. 기타 자세한 사항은 동해시보건소 예방관리과 예방행정팀(☎530-2402)으로 문의하면 된다.

The promotion booth will operate on June 19 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., while the hand hygiene experience program will be available until 3:00 p.m. For further information, visitors may contact the Prevention Administration Team of the Donghae Public Health Center at +82-33-530-2402.

#윤혜경 예방관리과장은 “축제를 찾는 관광객과 시민들이 감염병 예방의 중요성을 자연스럽게 체득할 수 있도록 다양한 체험형 홍보를 마련했다”며 “올바른 예방수칙 실천을 통해 개인은 물론 가족과 지역사회의 건강을 지키는 데 도움이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.
