동해시 평생학습관, 그린리모델링 공모 선정… 총 10억9천만원 투입

동해시는 국토교통부가 추진하는 2026년 공공건축물 그린리모델링 공모사업에 동해시 평생학습관이 최종 선정되었다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that the Donghae Lifelong Learning Center has been finally selected for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s 2026 Public Building Green Remodeling Project.

공공건축물 그린리모델링 사업은 노후 공공건축물의 에너지 성능을 향상시키기 위해 단열 보강, 창호 교체, 고효율 냉난방장치 설치 등을 지원하는 사업으로, 에너지 사용량 절감과 온실가스 감축을 목표로 한다.

The Public Building Green Remodeling Project aims to improve the energy performance of aging public facilities by supporting insulation reinforcement, window replacement, and installation of high-efficiency heating and cooling systems. The project seeks to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

시는 지난해 11월 사업을 신청한 이후 올해 1월 전문수행기관의 현장조사와 컨설팅을 거쳐 4월 공모에 참여했으며, 지난 6월 최종 선정되는 성과를 거뒀다.

After submitting its application in November last year, the city underwent an on-site inspection and consulting process conducted by a professional agency in January. It then officially entered the competition in April and achieved final selection in June.

이번 사업은 총사업비 10억9,700만원 규모로 추진되며, 국비 7억6,600만원, 도비 6,600만원, 시비 2억6,500만원이 투입될 예정이다.

The project will be carried out with a total budget of KRW 1.097 billion, including KRW 766 million from the national government, KRW 66 million from the provincial government, and KRW 265 million from the city government.

#김은서 평생학습과장은 “이번 공모사업 선정으로 국비를 확보해 노후화된 평생학습관 시설을 개선할 수 있게 됐다”며 “에너지 효율을 높이고 이용자들이 더욱 쾌적하고 안전한 환경에서 학습할 수 있도록 사업 추진에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
