동해시, 발한지구 먹거리 창업아카데미 ‘동해 To-Go 스쿨’ 성료

동해시는 지난 4월 30일부터 6월 5일까지 운영한 발한지구 먹거리 창업아카데미 「동해 To-Go 스쿨」을 성공적으로 마무리했다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced the successful completion of the Balhan District Food Startup Academy, “Donghae To-Go School,” which was held from April 30 to June 5.

이번 교육은 동쪽바다중앙시장 내에 조성 중인 공공임대점포 입점 희망자와 지역 내 소형 공간을 활용한 F&B 창업 예비창업자의 실전 역량 강화를 위해 마련됐다.

The program was designed to strengthen the practical business capabilities of prospective tenants for public rental stores being established in Dongjjokbada Jungang Market, as well as aspiring F&B entrepreneurs seeking to utilize small commercial spaces within the region.

총 9회 과정으로 진행된 교육은 단순 조리 실습에서 벗어나 ▲지역 상권 분석 ▲비즈니스 모델(BM) 수립 ▲브랜드 정체성 정립 특강 ▲맞춤형 그룹 컨설팅 등 창업 준비에 필요한 내용으로 구성됐다.

The nine-session curriculum went beyond basic cooking practice and included essential startup preparation topics such as ▲local market analysis ▲business model (BM) development ▲special lectures on brand identity ▲customized group consulting.

특히 전문가 품평회와 결과공유회를 통해 소규모 공간에 적합한 테이크아웃(To-Go) 전략과 실전형 창업 계획을 도출하는 데 집중했다.

 In particular, participants focused on developing takeout (To-Go) strategies suitable for small-scale business spaces and creating practical startup plans through expert evaluations and final project presentations.

교육 수료자에게는 향후 공공임대점포 신청 시 가산점이 부여돼 실제 창업과 입점으로 이어지는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.

 Graduates of the program will receive additional points when applying for public rental stores in the future, providing a pathway toward actual business startups and store occupancy.

#전미애 도시정비과장은 “이번 교육은 예비창업자들이 지역 상권에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 창업 역량을 키울 수 있도록 지원한 의미 있는 과정이었다”며 “앞으로도 도시재생사업과 연계한 창업 지원을 통해 지역경제 활성화에 힘쓰겠다”고 말했다.

 Jeon Mi-ae, Director of the Urban Regeneration Division, stated, “This program was a meaningful opportunity to help aspiring entrepreneurs strengthen their startup capabilities based on a deeper understanding of the local commercial environment. We will continue supporting entrepreneurship in connection with urban regeneration projects to revitalize the local economy.”
