“라벤더 향기 따라 걷는 특별한 여정, 동해소금길에서 만나는 초여름 힐링”

동해문화관광재단은 오는 6월 무릉별유천지 라벤더축제 기간에 맞춰 「동해소금길 특별 체험프로그램」 참가자를 모집한다. 이번 프로그램은 보랏빛 라벤더가 만개한 무릉별유천지의 아름다운 풍경 속에서 걷기 여행의 즐거움을 만끽할 수 있도록 마련됐다.

The Donghae Culture & Tourism Foundation is recruiting participants for the Donghae Salt Road Special Experience Program, which will be held during the Lavender Festival at MuReung Byeolyucheonji this June. The program offers visitors a unique opportunity to enjoy a walking journey surrounded by blooming purple lavender fields and breathtaking natural scenery.

이번 프로그램은 문화체육관광부가 추진하는 「생태녹색관광 활성화 사업」의 일환으로 운영된다. 참가자들은 동해를 대표하는 걷기 관광자원인 동해소금길과 무릉별유천지의 자연경관을 함께 체험하며 친환경 관광의 가치를 느낄 수 있다.

The program is part of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Eco-Green Tourism Promotion Project. Participants will experience both the Donghae Salt Road, one of the city’s signature walking trails, and the stunning landscapes of MuReung Byeolyucheonji while appreciating the value of sustainable tourism.

동해소금길은 동해의 역사와 문화, 자연을 연결하는 스토리형 걷기 여행길로 1·2·3코스로 구성되어 있다. 이번 특별 체험은 3코스 일부 구간을 활용해 무릉별유천지의 대표 명소들을 둘러보는 방식으로 진행된다.

The Donghae Salt Road is a story-driven walking trail connecting the city's history, culture, and natural heritage through three distinct routes. This special program focuses on a section of Course 3, allowing participants to explore the most iconic attractions within MuReung Byeolyucheonji.

프로그램은 6월 13일과 14일, 20일과 21일 총 4회 운영된다. 참가자들은 쇄석장을 출발해 청옥호, 거인의 휴식, 호수보라정원, 금곡호, 하늘보라정원 등을 둘러보며 약 2시간 동안 여유로운 트레킹을 즐기게 된다.

The program will be offered on four occasions: June 13, 14, 20, and 21. Participants will enjoy a leisurely two-hour trek beginning at the former quarry site and passing through Cheongok Lake, Giant’s Rest Area, Purple Lake Garden, Geumgok Lake, and the Sky Lavender Garden.

특히 라벤더가 절정을 이루는 시기에 진행되는 만큼 참가자들은 보랏빛 꽃물결과 에메랄드빛 호수가 어우러진 환상적인 풍경을 감상하며 특별한 추억을 만들 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

As the program coincides with the peak lavender blooming season, participants can expect unforgettable memories while walking through spectacular landscapes where purple flower fields blend harmoniously with emerald-colored lakes.
