동해시, 시민 식탁 지키는 배달음식 위생관리 강화

연중 5차례 집중 점검… 안전한 배달환경 조성 총력

동해시가 시민들이 일상에서 안심하고 배달음식을 이용할 수 있도록 배달앱 등록 음식점에 대한 위생관리를 강화한다.

이번 점검은 단순한 단속을 넘어 시민 먹거리 안전망 구축에 초점을 맞춰 추진된다.

시는 5월부터 12월까지 연중 5차례 집중 점검을 실시하며, 배달앱 등록 음식점 207개소 중 60% 이상을 대상으로 위생 점검을 진행할 계획이다.

담당 공무원과 소비자식품위생감시원으로 구성된 민·관 합동점검반은 조리시설 청결상태, 식재료 보관관리, 소비기한 경과 제품 사용 여부, 종사자 건강진단 실시 여부 등을 꼼꼼하게 확인한다.

특히 올해는 강원도민체육대회와 라벤더축제 등 대규모 행사가 예정되어 있어 많은 관광객이 동해시를 방문할 것으로 예상됨에 따라, 숙박·관광과 함께 이용 빈도가 높은 배달음식의 안전관리에 행정력을 집중할 방침이다.

#윤혜경 예방관리과장은 “안전한 먹거리는 시민 건강은 물론 도시의 신뢰와도 직결되는 중요한 요소”라며 “도민체전과 라벤더축제는 물론 시민들의 일상 속 배달음식까지 꼼꼼하게 관리해 누구나 안심할 수 있는 식품안전 환경 조성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Five Intensive Inspections Throughout the Year to Ensure Safe Food Delivery Services

Donghae City is strengthening hygiene management of restaurants registered on food delivery platforms to ensure residents can enjoy delivery meals with confidence.

The initiative focuses not only on regulatory inspections but also on building a comprehensive food safety network for citizens.

From May through December, the city will conduct five rounds of intensive inspections, covering more than 60 percent of the 207 restaurants currently registered on delivery applications.

A joint inspection team composed of public officials and consumer food sanitation inspectors will thoroughly examine kitchen cleanliness, food ingredient storage conditions, use of expired products, and compliance with employee health examination requirements.

In particular, with major events such as the Gangwon Provincial Sports Festival and the Lavender Festival expected to attract large numbers of visitors this year, the city plans to intensify administrative efforts to ensure the safety of delivery foods frequently used by both residents and tourists.
