동해시, 통합 AI서비스 도입… 행정업무 혁신 나서

동해시는 업무 생산성 향상과 안전한 AI 활용 기반 마련을 위해 5월 21일 시청 4층 회의실에서 전 직원을 대상으로 AI 활용교육을 실시했다.

Donghae conducted AI utilization training for all employees on May 21 in the City Hall’s 4th-floor conference room to improve work productivity and establish a secure foundation for AI usage.

시는 5월 통합 AI서비스 사용을 위한 자체 플랫폼 구축을 완료했으며, 이번 교육을 통해 직원들의 AI 활용 역량을 높이고 효율적인 업무환경 조성에 나섰다.

 The city completed the construction of its own integrated AI service platform in May and launched this training program to strengthen employees’ AI capabilities and create a more efficient working environment.

교육은 통합 AI서비스 활용 방법을 중심으로 AI 도우미, 대화 아카이브, O2 지식센터 활용, AI 데이터 보안 및 사용 시 유의사항 등으로 구성된다.

 The training focused on practical use of the integrated AI service, including AI assistants, conversation archives, use of the O2 Knowledge Center, AI data security, and important precautions for AI usage.

동해시는 이번 통합 AI서비스 도입을 통해 반복 행정업무의 효율성을 높이고 신속한 민원 대응 체계를 구축하는 등 AI 기반 지능형 행정 구현에 속도를 낼 계획이다.

 Through the introduction of the integrated AI service, Donghae City plans to enhance efficiency in repetitive administrative tasks and establish a faster civil complaint response system, accelerating the realization of AI-powered smart administration.
