“교실이 미래기술 놀이터로”… 동해 학생들, XR·AI·드론 직접 체험한다

“Hands-on Future Technology Education for Elementary, Middle, and High School Students”

강원특별자치도동해교육지원청(교육장 서순원)은 5월 12일(화)부터 10월 30일(금)까지 관내 학생들을 대상으로 ‘2026년 학교로 찾아가는 「미래기술 체험교육」’을 운영한다.

강원특별자치도동해교육지원청 Superintendent Seo Soon-won announced that the “2026 Future Technology Experience Education” program will be operated from Tuesday, May 12 to Friday, October 30 for students across the region.

이번 체험교육은 미래 핵심기술에 대한 체험 중심 교육을 통해 학생들의 디지털 이해도와 기술 활용 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련되었다.

 The program was designed to strengthen students’ digital literacy and practical technology application skills through hands-on experiences with future core technologies.

이번 교육은 학교 수요조사를 통해 프로그램 참여를 희망한 초 6교, 중 2교, 고 1교 학생들을 대상으로 운영되며, 학생들은 각 학교의 교실, 체육관, 운동장 등에서 다채로운 프로그램에 참여하게 된다.

 The education program will be provided to students from six elementary schools, two middle schools, and one high school that applied through the school demand survey. Students will participate in diverse programs held in classrooms, gymnasiums, and school playgrounds.

주요 프로그램은 △운동장과 체육관을 활용한 확장현실(XR-BUS) 체험 및 증강현실(AR) 체험 △교실에서 진행되는 승마, 지진 및 소방 가상현실(VR) 체험 △키트 조립 후 체육관 등에서 조정 및 미션 비행을 해보는 드론 기초 비행 △2인 1조로 인공지능(AI) 자율주행 미션 트랙을 경험하는 로봇 자율주행 △12명씩 팀 협동으로 진행되는 드론 축구 프로그램 등으로 구성된다. 이를 통해 학생들은 다양한 디지털 기술을 직접 체험할 수 있다.

 Major programs include:

△ XR-BUS and Augmented Reality (AR) experiences in playgrounds and gymnasiums

△ Virtual Reality (VR) simulations for horseback riding, earthquakes, and firefighting conducted in classrooms

△ Basic drone flight training involving kit assembly, control practice, and mission flights

△ AI-based autonomous driving robot missions performed in teams of two

△ Drone soccer programs operated through 12-member team collaboration activities.

Through these activities, students will have opportunities to directly experience a wide range of advanced digital technologies.

 Superintendent Seo Soon-won stated, “This program will provide valuable opportunities for our students, who will lead the future society, to directly experience advanced technologies and understand their principles.” He added, “We will continue to foster students’ future competencies through safe and meaningful digital education programs.”
