강릉시, 「고유가 피해지원금」주민센터 방문 신청 시 ‘강릉페이’ 꼭 챙겨오세요

대기 없이 빠르고 편리한 ‘온라인 신청’ 적극 권장

강릉시가 지난 27일부터 「고유가 피해지원금」 1차 신청을 접수 중인 가운데, 시민들의 대기 불편을 줄이고 보다 신속한 지급을 위해 ‘온라인 신청’을 적극 권장하고 있다.

 시에 따르면 읍면동 주민센터를 방문해 신청할 경우 ‘신분증’과 ‘강릉페이 실물카드’를 함께 지참하면 기존 사용 금액과 지원금을 한 장의 카드로 통합 관리할 수 있어 더욱 편리하며, 접수 절차도 한층 신속하게 진행된다.

 또한 강릉시는 시민들의 이용 편의를 높이기 위해 지원금 사용처를 확대했다. 지원금의 정책 취지를 반영해 5월 1일 0시부터는 연 매출 30억 원을 초과하는 주유소 및 가스충전소에서도 사용이 가능하다.

Online Application Strongly Recommended for Faster, More Convenient Processing

Gangneung City announced that it has been receiving applications for the first round of the “Fuel Price Relief Subsidy” since the 27th, and is strongly encouraging residents to apply online to minimize waiting times and ensure faster processing.

 According to the city, applicants who visit local community service centers (eup, myeon, and dong offices) are advised to bring both a valid ID and their physical Gangneung Pay card. This allows users to manage both their existing balance and subsidy funds on a single card, making the process more convenient and efficient.

 In addition, Gangneung City has expanded the range of eligible merchants to enhance usability. Reflecting the policy’s purpose, the subsidy can be used at gas stations and LPG filling stations with annual sales exceeding 3 billion KRW starting from May 1 at 00:00.

#Park Chan-young, head of the City’s Economic Promotion Division, stated, “We encourage residents to take advantage of the online application system, which is the fastest and most convenient option,” adding, “For those visiting community centers, please make sure to bring your physical Gangneung Pay card for smooth processing.”
