강원특별자치도강릉교육지원청(교육장 김기현)은 4월 24일(금)부터 25일(토)까지 1박 2일간 양양 솔향기언덕(한국교과서협회 연수원)에서 신규교사 37명과 경력교사 21명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 소통과 성장을 위한 신규-경력교사 연수’를 운영한다.

The Gangneung Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Ki-hyun) of Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province is hosting a two-day workshop from April 24 to 25 at Solhyanggi Hill in Yangyang (Korea Textbook Association Training Center), bringing together 37 new teachers and 21 experienced teachers for the “2026 New-Experienced Teacher Training for Communication and Growth.”

이번 연수는 ‘신규교사 책임지원제’의 일환으로 기획되었으며, 단순한 이론 교육을 넘어 교실 안팎의 실제적인 고민을 함께 해결하는 현장 밀착형 지원에 역량을 집중했다.

This training program is part of the “New Teacher Responsibility Support System,” focusing not only on theoretical instruction but also on providing practical, field-oriented support to address real challenges both inside and outside the classroom.

연수 프로그램은 소통 역량 강화와 실무 팁 전수를 위한 강의 및 사례 나눔으로 구성되었다.

The program consists of lectures and case-sharing sessions aimed at strengthening communication skills and delivering practical teaching know-how.

1일 차에는 신동초 이창수 교장이 ‘소통 기반의 생활교육’을 주제로 갈등관리와 평화의 대화법을 강의하며 학생·학부모와의 관계 형성 노하우를 공유한다. 같은 시간, 경력 교사들은 경포초 임춘희 수석교사의 ‘공감·대화 상담 카드 활용법’ 연수 후 신규 교사 지원 활동의 방향성을 논의하는 토의 시간을 갖는다. 이어지는 상담 지원 활동을 통해 멘토-멘티 간의 깊은 래포를 형성한다.

On the first day, Principal Lee Chang-su of Sindong Elementary School delivers a lecture on “Communication-Based Life Education,” sharing strategies for conflict management and peaceful dialogue, as well as tips for building relationships with students and parents. Meanwhile, experienced teachers participate in a session led by Master Teacher Lim Chun-hee of Gyeongpo Elementary School on the use of “Empathy and Dialogue Counseling Cards,” followed by group discussions on strategies to support new teachers. Subsequent mentoring activities help build strong rapport between mentors and mentees.

2일 차에는 강릉고 이지은 교사가 ‘학교생활의 디테일’을 주제로 인사관리, 복무, 공문서 작성법 등 초임 교사가 반드시 알아야 할 행정 실무 팁을 전수하며 나눔을 통한 성장의 길을 제시한다.

On the second day, Teacher Lee Ji-eun of Gangneung High School presents a session titled “Details of School Life,” sharing essential administrative tips for novice teachers, including personnel management, work regulations, and official document writing, emphasizing growth through shared knowledge.

#김기현 교육장은 “교직이라는 첫발을 내딛는 신규 교사들에게 학교 현장이 막막한 곳이 아닌, 선배 교사의 따뜻한 손길이 머무는 성장의 배움터가 되길 희망한다”며, “우리 선생님들이 자긍심을 갖고 교육활동에 전념할 수 있도록 현장 밀착형 지원을 강화하여, ‘함께 여는 미래, 희망 강릉 교육’을 실천해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

Superintendent Kim Ki-hyun stated, “I hope that for new teachers taking their first steps in the profession, schools will not feel overwhelming but instead serve as places of growth supported by the warm guidance of experienced educators.” He added, “We will strengthen field-oriented support so that our teachers can take pride in their work and fully dedicate themselves to education, realizing the vision of ‘Opening the Future Together, Hopeful Gangneung Education.’”
