동해시 예산이 제대로 쓰였는지 20일간 전면 점검이 이뤄졌다.

동해시의회는 2025회계연도 결산검사를 마무리하고 재정 운영의 적정성과 투명성을 집중 점검했다.

외부 전문가까지 참여한 이번 검사 결과, 시의회는 공로자들에게 감사패를 수여하며 책임 행정의 신뢰도를 한층 끌어올렸다는 평가다.

Donghae City Council Completes FY2025 Settlement Inspection and Presents Appreciation Plaques to External Members

동해시의회(의장 민귀희)는 4월 20일 의장실에서 2025회계연도 결산검사를 성공적으로 마무리하고, 전문 지식과 사명감을 바탕으로 검사에 임해준 외부 위원들에게 감사패를 수여했다.

The Donghae City Council (Chairperson Min Gwi-hee) announced on April 20 that it had successfully completed the inspection of the FY2025 settlement accounts and presented appreciation plaques to external members who participated with professionalism and dedication.

이번 결산검사는 지난 4월 1일부터 20일까지 20일간 진행됐으며, 박주현 대표위원을 비롯해 이동호 의원, 김정남·이정희 전직 공무원, 김진철·홍성배·이진호 세무사 등 총 7명의 위원이 참여했다. 이들은 세입·세출 전반에 걸친 예산 집행의 적정성을 면밀히 점검했다.

The settlement inspection was conducted over 20 days from April 1 to April 20. A total of seven members participated, including lead inspector Park Juhyun, Councilor Lee Dong-ho, former public officials Kim Jeong-nam and Lee Jeong-hee, and tax accountants Kim Jin-cheol, Hong Sung-bae, and Lee Jin-ho. They thoroughly reviewed the appropriateness of budget execution across both revenues and expenditures.

동해시의회는 특히 2023년부터 2026년까지 풍부한 실무 경험과 전문성을 바탕으로 재정 운영의 건전성과 투명성 확보에 기여한 외부 위원 5명의 공로를 높이 평가해 감사패를 수여했다.

In particular, the council recognized the contributions of five external members who, from 2023 to 2026, played a significant role in enhancing fiscal soundness and transparency through their extensive practical experience and expertise, and awarded them appreciation plaques.

#민귀희 의장은 “지난 4년 동안 엄정한 기준과 책임감 있는 자세로 예산 집행의 적정성을 점검해 시정의 신뢰도를 높여 주셨다”며, “위원들의 전문적인 검토 의견은 향후 건전한 재정 운영을 위한 소중한 밑거름이 될 것”이라고 밝혔다.

Chairperson Min Gwi-hee stated, “Over the past four years, the members have enhanced the credibility of municipal administration by reviewing budget execution with strict standards and a strong sense of responsibility,” adding, “Their professional insights will serve as a valuable foundation for sound fiscal management in the future.”

이어 “동해시민을 대신해 깊은 감사를 전한다”고 덧붙였다.

She added, “On behalf of the citizens of Donghae, I extend my deepest gratitude.”
