강원특별자치도, 도·시군 공무원 특별자치 직무연찬회 개최

강원특별자치도는 4월 17일 원주 시티호텔(기업도시점)에서 「2026 특별자치 역량 강화 도·시군 공무원 직무연찬회」를 개최했다.

Gangwon State held the “2026 Special Autonomy Capacity-Building Workshop for Provincial and Municipal Officials” on April 17 at Wonju City Hotel (Enterprise City Branch).

이번 연찬회는 도와 시군 특별자치 업무 담당자들이 한자리에 모여 매년 실시하는 행사로, 지난 3월 31일 국회를 통과한 「강원특별법」 3차 개정 내용을 공유하고 특례 발굴 등 협력 과제를 논의하기 위해 마련됐다.

The annual workshop brought together officials in charge of special autonomy affairs from the provincial and municipal governments to share the contents of the third revision of the “Gangwon Special Act,” which passed the National Assembly on March 31, and to discuss collaborative tasks such as identifying special provisions.

이날 연찬회에서는 법제 역량 강화를 위한 ‘법제 업무 실무’ 특강이 진행됐으며, 국회 법제사법위원회 김남영 입법조사관이 강사로 나섰다.

During the workshop, a special lecture on “Practical Legislative Affairs” was delivered to strengthen legal expertise, led by Legislative Research Officer Kim Nam-young from the National Assembly’s Legislation and Judiciary Committee.

또한 인공지능(AI) 시대 행정혁신 대응을 주제로 한 ‘AI 시대 공무원’ 특강도 함께 진행돼, 공직자의 미래 대응 역량을 높이는 계기가 됐다.

In addition, a lecture titled “Public Officials in the AI Era” was presented, focusing on administrative innovation in response to artificial intelligence, providing an opportunity to enhance future readiness among public officials.

#조영호 강원특별자치도 특별자치국장은 “강원특별법 3차 개정 통과를 위해 함께 노력해준 시군 공무원들께 감사드린다”며 “이번 연찬회를 통해 전문성을 더욱 강화하고, 도민이 체감할 수 있는 ‘특별자치 정책’을 만들어 나가자”고 밝혔다.

Cho Young-ho, Director General of the Special Autonomy Bureau of Gangwon State, expressed his appreciation, stating, “I would like to thank all municipal officials who worked together to pass the third revision of the Gangwon Special Act. Through this workshop, let us further strengthen our expertise and create ‘special autonomy policies’ that residents can truly feel.”
