동해시종합사회복지관, 농촌치유 프로그램 운영 위한 업무협약 체결

Donghae City Comprehensive Social Welfare Center Signs MOU for Rural Healing Program Operation

동해시종합사회복지관(관장 서순영)과 ㈜비천사계(대표 김희숙)는 지역 내 고령자 및 사회적 약자를 위한 농촌치유·돌봄·교육·고용 서비스 확대를 골자로 하는 업무협약(MOU)을 체결했다고 16일 밝혔다.

The Donghae City Comprehensive Social Welfare Center (Director Seo Soon-young) and Bicheon Sagye Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Hee-sook) announced on the 16th that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) aimed at expanding rural healing, care, education, and employment services for the elderly and socially vulnerable groups in the region.

이번 협약은 독거노인 등 취약계층의 사회적 고립을 해소하고 삶의 질을 높이기 위해 마련됐다. 양 기관은 농촌 자원을 활용한 치유 프로그램과 돌봄 서비스를 연계해 상호 협력체계를 구축하기로 했다.

This agreement was designed to alleviate social isolation among vulnerable groups, including seniors living alone, and to improve their quality of life. The two organizations agreed to establish a cooperative system by linking healing programs utilizing rural resources with care services.

협약에 따라 복지관 등록 어르신을 대상으로 한 ‘농촌체험 및 치유 프로그램’을 상·하반기 총 10회기 이상 운영할 예정이며, 이를 통해 어르신들의 정서적 안정과 건강 증진, 지역사회 중심의 통합 돌봄 실현에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Under the agreement, more than ten sessions of “rural experience and healing programs” will be conducted for registered seniors of the welfare center throughout the first and second halves of the year. These programs are expected to contribute to emotional stability, health improvement, and the realization of community-centered integrated care for the elderly.

#서순영 동해시종합사회복지관장은 “이번 협약을 통해 취약계층 어르신들에게 보다 다각적인 돌봄과 정서 지원 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반이 마련됐다”며, “앞으로도 지역 유관기관과 긴밀히 협력해 빈틈없는 복지 안전망을 구축하는 데 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.

Seo Soon-young, Director of the Donghae City Comprehensive Social Welfare Center, stated, “This agreement has laid the foundation for providing more diverse care and emotional support services to vulnerable seniors,” adding, “We will continue to work closely with local organizations to build a seamless welfare safety net.”
