강원유아교육원, 2026 미래교육 역량 강화를 위한 원장·교장 연수 운영

“미래를 여는 리더십, 함께 성장하는 강원교육”을 주제로 강원특별자치도교육청유아교육원(원장 김명희)은 4월 16일부터 17일까지 이틀간 유아교육원 대강당에서 ‘2026 미래교육 역량강화를 위한 원장‧교장 직무연수’를 운영했다.

Under the theme “Leadership Opening the Future, Growing Together in Gangwon Education,” the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Provincial Office of Education’s Early Childhood Education Institute (Director Kim Myung-hee) conducted a two-day training program from April 16 to 17 at its main auditorium, aimed at strengthening future education competencies among principals.

이번 연수는 영서권 유치원 원장 및 초등학교·특수학교 교장 150명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, 영동권 연수는 오는 4월 23일부터 24일까지 강원특별자치도교육청교육연수원 중강당에서 이어질 예정이다.

The training was attended by 150 kindergarten directors and principals of elementary and special schools from the Yeongseo region. A similar program for the Yeongdong region is scheduled to take place from April 23 to 24 at the Gangwon Office of Education Training Institute.

연수 과정은 △미래를 바꾸는 힘, 강원교육의 방향 △함께 만들어가는 강원교육 리더십 △강원유아교육, 함께 이끄는 미래 △인공지능(AI) 시대, 미래교육의 방향 △미래교육을 위한 학교 공간 혁신 △학교를 잇고 성장을 잇는 유·초이음교육의 방향 △문화예술과 함께하는 국악여행 등으로 구성되었다.

The program included sessions on △The Power to Change the Future: Direction of Gangwon Education △Collaborative Leadership in Gangwon Education △The Future of Early Childhood Education in Gangwon △Future Education in the AI Era △Innovating School Spaces for Future Education △Connecting Schools and Growth through Early Childhood–Elementary Education Linkage △A Journey through Traditional Korean Music and Culture.

#김명희 원장은 “미래를 여는 리더십을 바탕으로 교육공동체가 함께 성장하는 강원교육을 실현할 수 있도록 이번 연수를 내실 있게 운영하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Director Kim Myung-hee stated, “We will ensure that this training is conducted substantively so that, based on leadership that opens the future, the educational community can grow together and realize the vision of Gangwon education.”
