“교육 안 받으면 과태료”… 동해시 민방위 사이버교육 전면 실시

동해시는 민방위 대원의 교육 편의성을 높이고 재난 대응 역량을 강화하기 위해 오는 4월 6일부터 6월 30일까지 상반기 민방위 사이버 교육을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City announced that it will conduct its first-half civil defense cyber training from April 6 to June 30 to enhance convenience for civil defense members and strengthen disaster response capabilities.

이번 교육은 민방위 편성 3년 차 이상 대원을 대상으로 진행되며, 지정된 기간 동안 PC와 스마트폰을 활용해 언제 어디서나 비대면으로 이수할 수 있다.

The training is designed for civil defense members with three or more years of service, allowing them to complete the program online anytime and anywhere using PCs or smartphones.

교육 내용은 민방위 대원의 임무와 역할을 비롯해 지진, 태풍, 화재 등 각종 재난 발생 시 행동요령, 응급처치 방법, 생활안전 수칙 등 실생활 중심으로 구성됐다.

The curriculum includes the roles and responsibilities of civil defense members, as well as practical guidelines for responding to disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and fires, along with first aid and everyday safety practices.

교육 이수는 민방위 사이버교육 홈페이지에서 본인 인증 후 강의를 수강하고 평가를 완료하면 자동으로 인정된다. 연차에 따라 1~2시간 교육을 이수해야 하며, 기간 내 미이수 시 관련 법령에 따라 과태료가 부과될 수 있다.

Completion of the training is automatically recognized after identity verification, course participation, and assessment through the official civil defense cyber education website. Participants are required to complete 1 to 2 hours of training depending on their service year, and failure to complete the course within the designated period may result in fines in accordance with relevant laws.

#이인섭 안전과장은 “사이버교육을 통해 대원들이 보다 편리하게 교육을 이수하고, 실제 재난 상황에서 즉각 대응할 수 있는 역량을 갖추길 기대한다”고 말했다.

Lee In-seop, head of the Safety Division, stated, “We expect that this cyber training will enable members to complete their education more conveniently and develop the ability to respond promptly in real disaster situations.”
