위기학생 조기발견부터 사후관리까지…원주교육지원청 전방위 대응

원주교육지원청(교육장 김성진)은 3월 31일, 기초학력, 심리·정서, 생활복지 등 학생이 겪는 복합적 문제 해결과 지원을 위해 지역학생맞춤통합지원위원회 위촉식 및 상반기 정기회의를 개최했다.

The Wonju Office of Education (Superintendent Kim Sung-jin) held the appointment ceremony and the first-half regular meeting of the Local Integrated Student Support Committee on March 31 to address and support students facing complex challenges such as basic academic achievement, emotional and psychological issues, and welfare needs.

이번 회의는 학생맞춤통합지원 체계 도입에 맞춰 지역 협력체계를 구축하고, 관련 정책 수립과 실적 분석·평가 등 현장 중심의 통합 지원 기반을 마련하기 위해 추진됐다.

This meeting was organized to establish a regional cooperation system in line with the introduction of the integrated student support framework, and to lay the groundwork for field-centered support, including policy development, performance analysis, and evaluation.

지역학생맞춤통합지원위원회는 위원장인 교육장을 포함해 원주시청 문화교육국장, 원주경찰서 여성청소년계장, 원주시청소년상담복지센터장 등 총 13명으로 구성됐다.

The committee consists of 13 members, including the superintendent as chairperson, the Director of Culture and Education at Wonju City Hall, the Head of the Women and Youth Division at Wonju Police Station, and the Director of the Wonju Youth Counseling and Welfare Center.

위원회는 이번 심의 결과를 바탕으로 위기 학생의 조기 발견부터 사후 관리까지 전 과정을 유기적으로 연계하고, 지역사회 네트워크를 활용해 개별 학생 맞춤형 지원을 체계적으로 운영할 계획이다.

Based on the outcomes of this review, the committee plans to organically connect the entire process—from early identification of at-risk students to follow-up management—and systematically provide customized support for each student using regional community networks.

#김성진 교육장은 “학생맞춤통합지원을 통해 단 한 명의 학생도 소외되지 않도록 촘촘한 안전망을 구축하고, 지역 유관기관과의 협력을 통해 실질적인 지원이 이루어질 수 있는 기반을 마련하겠다”고 밝혔다.

Superintendent Kim Sung-jin stated, “Through integrated student support, we will build a dense safety net to ensure that not a single student is left behind, and we will establish a foundation for practical support through close cooperation with relevant local institutions.”
