강원 도정보고회 2만5천 명 참여… ‘소통 도정’ 현장 마무리

강원특별자치도가 도민과의 직접 소통을 강화하기 위해 추진한 도정보고회가 총 2만5천여 명의 참여 속에 마무리됐다.

Gangwon State concluded its provincial policy briefing sessions, engaging approximately 25,000 residents to strengthen direct communication.

3월 28일 강릉 아레나에서 열린 강릉권 보고회에는 1만2천여 명이 참석해 성황을 이뤘으며, 춘천·원주에 이어 3개 권역 순회 일정이 заверш됐다.

At the Gangneung Arena event on March 28, around 12,000 attendees filled the venue, marking the final stop after Chuncheon and Wonju.

김진태 도지사는 관찰사 복장과 사투리 인사로 등장해 눈길을 끌었으며, PPT를 활용해 주요 도정 현안을 직접 설명했다.

Governor Kim Jin-tae drew attention by appearing in traditional attire and dialect, personally presenting key policies using PPT.

도는 강원특별법 3차 개정안 국회 통과를 앞두고 있으며, 미반영 특례는 4차 개정으로 이어갈 계획이라고 밝혔다.

The province announced that the third revision of the Gangwon Special Act is nearing passage, with additional provisions to be pursued in a fourth revision.

또한 7대 미래산업 120개 사업 추진, 국비 10조 확보, SOC 사업 8건 예타 통과 등 주요 성과를 강조했다.

Key achievements included 120 projects in seven future industries, securing 10 trillion KRW in national funding, and passing feasibility studies for eight SOC projects.

강릉권 주요 현안으로는 제2청사 운영, 동해안 데이터센터 유치, 춘천~속초 철도 건설, 어업 지원 확대 등이 제시됐다.

For the Gangneung region, key agendas included the second provincial office, data center investments, the Chuncheon–Sokcho railway, and expanded fisheries support.

오색케이블카는 내년 개통 예정이며, 추가 케이블카 사업과 규제 완화도 함께 추진 중이다.

The Osaek Cable Car is set to open next year, alongside additional cable car projects and regulatory easing.

수소 산업, 중입자 치료 클러스터, 청정메탄올 산업 등 미래 산업 기반 구축 계획도 제시됐다.

Plans were also outlined for hydrogen industries, heavy-ion medical clusters, and clean methanol sectors.

질의응답에서는 군사·산림 규제 완화와 농지 해제 등 제도 변화 성과가 공유됐다.

During the Q&A session, regulatory easing in military and forestry zones, as well as farmland deregulation, were highlighted.

도는 이번 보고회를 ‘도민공감 행정’의 대표 사례로 평가하며, 현장 중심 소통을 지속하겠다고 밝혔다.

The province described the briefing as a model of “citizen-centered governance” and pledged to continue on-site communication efforts.
