천곡동행정복지센터, 전시 가능한 복합 문화공간으로 탈바꿈

강원 동해시 천곡동행정복지센터가 주민들의 일상 속 문화 향유를 위한 복합 문화공간으로 새롭게 변화하고 있다.

The Cheongok-dong Community Service Center in Donghae, Gangwon Province is transforming into a multi-purpose cultural space where residents can experience art and culture in their daily lives.

센터 내부 공간은 단순한 행정 업무 공간을 넘어 전시와 문화 활동이 가능한 열린 공간으로 재구성되었다. 주민들은 이곳에서 시화전, 사진전, 미술 작품 전시 등 다양한 문화 콘텐츠를 자연스럽게 접할 수 있게 된다.

The center’s interior has been reorganized beyond its traditional administrative function, becoming an open exhibition venue where residents can enjoy poetry exhibitions, photography displays, and various art showcases.

이번 공간 조성은 주민들이 멀리 가지 않아도 생활 가까이에서 문화와 예술을 만날 수 있도록 하자는 취지에서 추진됐다. 행정 공간이 지역 문화의 플랫폼으로 확장되는 새로운 시도이기도 하다.
