동해시, 초등학생 대상 학교폭력 예방 공연 ‘빛나는 우리들’ 운영…14개 초등학교 대상

Donghae City Presents School Violence Prevention Performance “Shining Us” for Elementary Students

동해시가 초등학생을 대상으로 한 학교폭력 예방 교육 공연 ‘빛나는 우리들’을 운영한다.

Donghae City will operate a school violence prevention performance titled “Shining Us” aimed at elementary school students.

동해시(동해시청소년상담복지센터)는 오는 3월 10일부터 참여 학교 모집을 시작으로 4월부터 관내 14개 초등학교를 대상으로 학교폭력 예방 교육 공연 ‘빛나는 우리들’을 본격 운영한다고 밝혔다.

Donghae City (Donghae Youth Counseling & Welfare Center) announced that it will begin recruiting participating schools from March 10 and officially launch the school violence prevention performance “Shining Us” starting in April for 14 elementary schools across the city.

이번 공연은 학교폭력의 개념을 단순한 이론 교육이 아닌 공연 형식의 공감 중심 교육으로 전달해 학생들이 친구의 마음을 이해하고 존중과 배려의 가치를 자연스럽게 배우도록 기획됐다.

This program is designed to deliver the concept of school violence prevention not through simple theoretical education but through an empathy-based performance format, helping students naturally understand their friends’ feelings and learn the values of respect and consideration.

특히 초등학생 눈높이에 맞춘 이야기 구성과 참여형 장면을 통해 ‘장난과 폭력의 차이’, ‘친구를 지키는 방법’ 등을 쉽고 재미있게 전달하는 것이 특징이다.

In particular, the performance features stories tailored to elementary students and interactive scenes that clearly explain topics such as “the difference between teasing and violence” and “how to stand up for friends” in an easy and engaging way.

공연은 교실과 일상에서 실제로 일어날 수 있는 상황을 무대 위에 담아내 학생들이 스스로 생각하고 느끼는 시간을 제공하며, 학교폭력 예방과 긍정적인 또래 관계 형성에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

The performance recreates situations that may occur in classrooms and daily school life, allowing students to reflect and think for themselves. It is expected to contribute to preventing school violence and fostering positive peer relationships.

#천수정 체육교육과장은 “초등학생 시기는 또래 관계의 기초가 형성되는 중요한 시기인 만큼 이번 공연을 통해 서로를 존중하고 배려하는 문화를 자연스럽게 배우길 바란다”며 “앞으로도 학교와 연계한 예방 중심의 교육 활동을 지속적으로 추진하겠다”고 말했다.

Cheon Su-jeong, Director of the Physical Education Department, said, “Elementary school years are a crucial period when the foundation of peer relationships is formed. Through this performance, we hope students will naturally learn a culture of respect and consideration for one another. We will continue to promote prevention-focused educational programs in collaboration with schools.”
