미래고, 학교급식 교육공무직 대상 근골격계 질환 예방 프로그램 운영

미래고등학교(교장 최정하)는 2026년 2월 25일(수) 학교 본관에서 학교급식 교육공무직을 대상으로 ‘근골격계 질환 예방 및 건강증진 프로그램’을 운영했다.

On February 25, 2026, Mirae High School (Principal Choi Jeong-ha) held a “Musculoskeletal Disorder Prevention and Health Promotion Program” for school food service education staff at the main building of the school.

이번 프로그램은 라틴 음악을 기반으로 한 유산소 운동인 ‘줌바댄스(Zumba Dance)’를 중심으로 진행됐으며, 참여자들로부터 큰 호응을 얻었다.

The program centered on Zumba Dance, an aerobic workout based on Latin music, and received enthusiastic responses from participants.

줌바댄스는 상·하체를 균형 있게 사용하는 전신 운동으로, 반복 작업으로 경직되기 쉬운 어깨·허리·무릎 부위의 근육을 부드럽게 이완하고 강화해 근골격계 부담을 완화하는 데 도움을 준다.

Zumba Dance is a full-body exercise that evenly engages both upper and lower body muscles. It helps relax and strengthen areas prone to stiffness due to repetitive tasks—such as the shoulders, lower back, and knees—thereby reducing musculoskeletal strain.

#최정하 교장은 “방학 기간 중 신체 활동을 통해 종사자들이 재충전하고 새 학기에 활기찬 모습으로 업무에 임할 수 있도록 지원하겠다”며 “이러한 노력이 산업재해 예방과 직무 만족도 향상으로 이어져 안전한 급식 운영 기반을 더욱 공고히 할 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

Principal Choi Jeong-ha stated, “We will support our staff in recharging through physical activities during the vacation period so they can begin the new semester with renewed energy. We expect these efforts to lead to the prevention of industrial accidents and improved job satisfaction, ultimately strengthening the foundation for safe school meal operations.”

한편, 미래고는 방학 기간 중 ‘교직원 심폐소생술(CPR) 대회’를 개최하는 등 응급 상황 대응 능력 강화에도 힘쓰고 있다.

Meanwhile, Mirae High School has also been enhancing emergency response capabilities by hosting events such as a Staff CPR Competition during the vacation period.
